you know guys.. i got n8 n absolutely loving it.. i been always just reading the posts off gsm's n8 message board.. the reason i felt like messaging for the first time today is to say something to ppl who writes baseless crap here.. for those who are using all these crappy vocabulary n nonsense statements... plz get a life n find something useful to do with yourself.. plz plz scarce yourselves.. i really hate to read any any comments from ppl with kids' brain n behaviour... post only if you r remotely close to being smart.. i know ppl must be hating ur annoying personality in real life, doesnt mean u should try to make youself feel good about yourself by putting something else down.. if you want to provide a genuine review, then do so... no craps
[deleted post]BS... Again with the same old song "wave is better than N8".. All the samsung fanboys here were once aspiring to buy the N8 but wasn't patient enough to wait till the release date so they bought wave. But now that N8 has been released as promised, some are just regretting their decision and has nothing else to do than to bash it to make themselves feel better.
i have got mine on pre order and after reading the reviews on here i still have no regrets for me its still seems to be the best multimedia smart phone around
Anonymous, 13 Oct 2010Thanks for the review, GSMArena. I've made a decision based on the reviews so far, and finally... moreIts actually 4 Gb but the searching in files over 1.5 to 2.0 Gb is not always good. I dont think this is an issue with most people, most of the rips I have are under 1 Gb.
[deleted post]I have experianced this mobile.
I am putting my review.Thats it.

Also, if you don't like the keyboard, I think Nokia betalabs already has Swype available.
Anonymous, 13 Oct 2010Thanks for the review, GSMArena. I've made a decision based on the reviews so far, and finally... moreI have to ask, which phone does play over 2 gig media files? The Android phones I know of certainly don't and iPhone doesn't handle properly anything.
Example of HTC Incredible:

How wil u try browsing and all?
My point here is, just requesting to put ur honest experiance, not jus becoming a fan after buying it

Thanks for the review, GSMArena. I've made a decision based on the reviews so far, and finally including this one, that I am not buying the N8.
Symbian has a long long way to go, and the inability to play HD videos more than 2GB is just one of the bigger stumblings that I thought they wouldn't have a problem with. (The interface issues obviously number 1 reason.) The weaker flash seems to hurt it as well so I might just stick to my N82 for camera purposes while I use an Android for everything else.
Unfortunately Nokia is showing no signs of accelerating their OS development or even moving into Meego anytime soon. Even if they come out with a Meego in a year, imagine what iOS and Android looks like then? Imagine their App stores as well. Sadly, time to move on for me."
"Meego is Nokia's only saving grace for touchscreen devices. They should leave Symbian to non-touch. Sad to say, but only the camera was N8's selling point and not enough reason to lure me getting this phone. Next....
