Yes, Nokia did the excellent job and delivered the great N8 as they promised.

I am big fun of nokia, but there are so many better phones outhere:apple 4,htc desire,wave,galaxy s...Just face with that guys.I hope that n9 will be much better phone

GSMArena did a blind test, N8 destroyed the rest.
Battery life has been tested, and it has been proven that S^3 is the world champion in battery life. Device standby time through mAh and S^3 wins

I have both satio and n8 n0w,,0k,,the thing is,,
when it comes in camera in daylight,both is tie,even if n8 had wide angle,but in midlight or lowlight,satio is better w/o flash,n0w in xen0n flash satio has the str0nger flash w/same settings,and either can sh00t video w/its helping video led light,,n8 has the adv.of its multi touch,and some other interface,,but again this time satio wins when it c0mes to audio,great bass!,,and much longer battery life..sorry my n8,but ill often to use satio,,but its ok,,i will just give my n8 to my GF as a gift.. ^^

Funny, but the disassembly of the Nokia N8 showed Samsung parts inside it. This is good because it means Nokia ties up all the good things techwise and are open to what makes their devices run better. Democracy at work here, I'd say.
