(don't really understand what this super AMOLED means,maybe its same as the AMOLED and they are just giving the 'super' prefix to grab attention)

I think that you have seen this fake one on the market instead of the real deal. If you look at the posts here on the Anodized aluminium body, then you'd know what people here are talking about. Dont look at fakes and compare to this superb phone.

Plastic or alu i don't know but it feels cheap, that is all i say, especially compared to Wave. Look at the X2, you will understand what is the meaning of cheap. Too bad because Nokia can make good phone like C5

Just played with one in Bankok, price at 16900 bahts that is 425 euros. As usual with Nokia, built quality is terrible, feels like a cheap plastic toy in hand. Having a Samsung wave at the moment, which is rock solid and superb quality, i am happy not waiting for N8. Symbian is still the same very old looking, but fast. The screen is very big, but so is the phone. Not crap, but disappointing. Hope C6 or C7 will be better, but really dislike Symbian.

Wheez, 30 Sep 2010Hard to say, but till the phones recharging animation has stopped. A "well used" bat... more1st charge was normally much higher years ago that is. I think it should be 6 to 8 hours now but i could be wrong??? Check the manual though. Don't stuff it up now.......you know how long you had to wait for this phone!!!! (I envy you) We can wait for that review.......I'm biting my nails off here.......LOL!!!

A "well used" battery of my E65 took little over an hour or so to fully charge, so I could guess the first time on the N8 might take 2-3 hours on the first time, but maybe ill tell a moer exact time later today
