If you don't hold it in your hand, then theres some grounding related issue and it works quite badly ie. if you have it on the table and just try to multitouch it there. But at least when it's in your hand, I can't say a single bad word about it.

While it may be slightly outdated when it comes to todays hot specs, but featurewise it still goes unrivaled. Either way, in Benchmarks it can still hold it's pride very very well against devices like iPhone 4 or Galaxy S, why arn't they outdated? Nokia has never really been battling this war with monster specs anyways. It's not like they wouldnt be able to put a 1Ghz CPU if they wanted to, but they have more than enough reasons to not do that.
Just look at like EVO 4G. That thing is a frigging beast... with a battery life of 4-5 hours. Why would Nokia want to make a mobile phone like that? Todays mobile business is still ALL about tradeoffs. It's nothing like computers where you can get endless amounts of power from the outlet to run whatever u put into that damn box.
Mobile phones are different. I don't know about you guys, but if you are looking for handheld computers that require 2-3 chargings a day, just do everybody a favor and buy some kick ass monsterspec HTC or something.
I think the Nokia N8 is hands down the best balanced smartphone currently out there/announced. Also in my eyes it's also the prettiest by design and materials and I don't mind waiting a week or two longer, especially since my old phone still works. For the record, I've used Nokias the last 10 years or so and I've only changed to a newer model when I got one from someone or lately I've been changing every 2 years for the sake of it. I've never managed to break a Nokia.
I'm very satisfied with Nokia and I have no intentions or needs to change that.

Its true nokia is very slow to making great high end touch phones.i dont know why.we pray nokia do something to regain its no1 position in touch phones

If i wants to buy a multimedia ph with budget of rs 20000 of nokia brand.which ph i buy.damn ntng, there is no option in nokia.is there is any ph haan.i already used x6 no divx,xvid.no hd,only 3.2 tft.so fans we have to except there is nothing new or special in nokia currently.wake up nokia.n series is already outdated.

The raeson why the N8 is delayed I think is due too some rich MOFO'S probably like preordering like 20 or more units and reselling them at at later date cause the demand will be great....

If take this long to get this out dated phone out of Nokia? What is next phone of Nokia? Coming out? Another copy of 5800 by changing package and upgrading the old symb. Software.
