Anonymous, 14 Sep 2010Does n8 have full 30fps hd+super amoled screen like sam wave?No, cos samsung doest supply super amoled to others currently, cos only they can manufacture it. The screen is normal amoled nHD and the ui runs with like 60 fps. I believe 720p recording and playback is 25 fps, not cos it cant do more, but cos its standard in where the phone was designed

Went to try the N8 again, im lucky the flagshipstore is right next to my university. This time i mainly used the browser and i think its fantastic! Fast and smooth, pinch to zoom worked perfectly. I didnt try whether u can have multiple tabs or windows in it though. But if its possible, i dont see any need for a new browser or opera

hi all,wonder how gaming with n8 connected to a 52inch 3D led hd tv feels like,will definetly buy n8.
Did any1 manage to connect their iphone4 or galaxy to a simple hd tv?

apple made people buy phones for just UI and apps, now nokia is catching up in UI, and add great multimedia functions to make for me the best offering for 2010.. The N8 is so well balanced in features and price. I am happy to be returning to nokia with the N8. My time with apple and android was an illusion.. Now i can see.. Thank u nokia...

Duel, 13 Sep 2010Maybe it runs maybe not, i think we get the answer after two weeks or something like that. And... moreHaha, i know. And after the one who doesn't care about smooth graphics on mobile games that much began to notice the difference, a user like you is created, this case, it's me who's changed. I do care about smooth graphics in games, but i always put it on mind not to expect a psp quality on a mobile phone. Thus i put my requirements a bit lower on this segment. After watching more more videos once again, with full concentration and full intent to know what phone performs best in terms of gaming, i have to say that iphones are indeed milestone ahead than what i expect gaming on mobile phones should be, and i'm overwhelmed.
N8, much as i wanted it to be a competitive gaming handset like your iphone, is still a phone. And isn't that my aim why i came here on gsmarena in the first place? That is to find a good phone that suits my needs best.

Applications are wee bit slow !! UI is just alright, not too fast.. Multi touch is inconsistent.
Post UAT Fixes and firmware releases are scheduled and project plan rolled out recently.
Rumors regarding memory leaks untrue.. Battery still an issue though.
