husi, 08 Sep 2010did you not read the 429 pound thingy? :(I guess itz 429 pounds including all taxes ! Price will b different at diff. Countries due to diff. Tax rates and 12% (mumbai) is higher tax rate than any other place in INDIA !

thefeuchts, 08 Sep 2010According to the user manual the exterior of the phone is stainless steel. Not sure which is ... moreit's EXACTLY the same alluminium (anodized) as the Motorola V3 for example...identically the same. it's very ok in my opp

FYI: Available for pre-order now in the UK: sim-free @£429 Free phone for £35/month on 24-month contract.
I think the phone is too bulky to suit my personality and preference. This is definitely not my cup of tea :)

Umang, 08 Sep 2010i hrd tat the offering starting price for it would be sumwer arnd 22k...... and many are sayin... moreNopes, they estimated 22000 because nokia initially announced it to be over 370 euros which is equal to 22000rs.. but after the taxes it'll be over 460 euros or somewhere I read 429 pounds, so that sums up to 27000 to 320000!
but by 1st of November it should trim down to 25000rs!

even i am also lukin for n8 as my nxt fone but hving bought n95 8gb 3 yrs bak, i dun wanna be pissed of with it as i am currently with n95..... i hope its the best phone and its upto my expectations....... experts on fones pls help me with it.... pls reply to umang_5756@yahoo.co.in

seeing prices everywhere, I'll say that its best buy would be for rs 28000 and it will be on ebay.in for rs 31000 initially..hope the price gets down to 25000 soon!
