I can read a lot of comments regarding CPU not being "fast enough".. The thing is that Nokia phones do not need high CPU, thy perform with lower CPU than other brands hence being more "battery friendly".
Remember, Nokias are designed to be phones. iPhones are designed to be something else looking like a phone.
2-5years from now, Nokia will be back as n.1 brand. They still are market leaders - most just forget about it...

However on the video the man says "obviously this is only going through wifi so is not as snappy as it should be"
...??? I thought that was the fastest way to browse the internet on a phone or is 3g faster?

Wheez, 05 Sep 2010If the iPhone4 had a dedicated GPU, it might have a chance against the N8 :Dthe GPU of the iphone4 is much powerful regarding games and 3d graphics performance but n8 GPU is slightly better regarding HD videos playback performance.

Anonymous, 05 Sep 2010this is amazing but the processor is too week for this phoneNot really, this phone also has a dedicated GPU with full hardware acceleration and all that fancy stuff, which is something most phones with 1ghz processors dont have.
Also, Symbian is alot lighter than most of those other phones with 1ghz processor.

Digitoday (and so many others sites) wrote wrong news, they were originally referring that the green model will OPEN for preorders next week, not that the green or any other color would actually be available next week.
