it is quite clear that the build quality of the fake ones is hopeless. You can spot a fake one quite easy.

my Ovi store is no longer working please help...it says I should download it and whe... moreYou should never post your email here. So, don't be lazy to search for an answer. You really think that somebody will send you an e-mail?
Anyway. Just format your phone (first backup your contacts and messages, don't backup settings and apps) Now hit *#7370# and follow the instructions. Your phone will restart and format. This process will take from 3 to 10 minutes. Also, if you have a mem card, you should format that to. so the apps from it won't interfere with the new refreshed os. I'm pretty shore, all will come to normal after that...

And video ringtone is one of them. Apparently s^3 and s^4 don't have this option anymore. Nokia might be thinking it was useless... and to tell you the truth: i never used that option. I forgot that Symbian had that in it:)). I tell you this after trying what you asked for and after reading a post by a Nokia employee. So it is real. N8 does not have videoringtone.

try enabling wifi before launching google maps. That works for me.
Once its launched you can disable wifi
