The Wave , 01 Aug 2010Wave has no memory issue..at least I have not faced one..
I was browsing web, there was down... moreI don't know about you.
But i did a test in Samsung flagship store for only 10 minutes by opening around 6 apps then the memory full error occurred and i cannot even close the application.
So It DOES really have memory full error.
Btw, we are not interested in WAVE anymore.

Doesn't matter cause in a few hours or less times your post will also get deleted anyway. And no ones will know what you have said cause its totally pointless.
Just like Wave can never beat N8. :)

Why dont you blame Galaxy S for not having led flash, for poor signal quality, cheap plastic build, no gorilla glass display, no fm transmitter, no usb otg, no hdmi, poor sound recording on video, feeble loud speaker etc etc?? But you will never say this, you know N8 is better than all these aspects.. As for user experience , I have x6. And I find it quite good. Though it have only 128mb Ram but I have only face memory full issue when I was running so mann contents on background, including Symbian web browser and Opera mobile which are most ram hungry applications on symbian..

@ Safina- it will be releasing by late september (sept 25 maybe)....i m from hyderabad too...cheers...i m dying 2 buy this beast...
And eldar says that n8 will have a new browser...dnt kno which one...:-)

Do you know that n900 has dual mic i.e. one mic on the both sides of the phone??

in replies to posts about video Damian Dinning (n8 camera architect)told that
"It’s a combination of the mics AND the new algorithms which make the sound as good as it is"
moreover when another user compared with n900 he told n8 is even better!!!!!!
And by the way, why else on the earth there is another mic hidden beside the carl zeis lens???

Lower processor is a hardware issue not a OS matter. And imo smarter things always do the same work with less resources

why nokia called smartphone?like nokia n8?is not smartphone because is symbian os base and processor very low. n8 only ordinary phone like n97,x6,n86. nokia pls stop saying ur units are smartphone. do some unit windows powerd,android b4 u said nokia smartphone. im sorry to all nokia lovers ds phone is not smartphone ok. ds is not cmpter bsed to called smartphne. the only phone called smartphone is windows powered,android,ios not “symbian os”. samsung,htc,iphne good smartphne ever seen. worldwide. not nokia symbian OS.

i use skyfire browser on my 5800 (best browser for 5800) a... moreWhere I work is not the point here. The point is that it does not do that in Samsung Wave and Galaxy. It's about the User Experience. I would want my phone to pinch zoom out without any checkerboard boxes appearing. Fast browsing is something that has to be there by default. So rather not discuss that.
It does that in your 5800 and it is doing that in the Nokia N8 as well basically points towards the Symbian OS not being effective enough in controlling the capacitive pinch zoom out smoothly.
Everything else in the Nokia N8 seems to be just fine. And I absolutely love it. Thanks.

I was browsing web, there was downloading going on background, and was answering calles..
No lag, no freez, no out of memory..
And for your concern Wave has more that 8 fw upgrades till now, and Bada 2.0 upgrade is coming.. Go Wave go..

now you can look for something else thats wrong with the n8 :)

There is one real big problem with Nokia N8 which the developers cannot seem to fix and will not be able to do it seems. Watch the video below at the (5:15) minute

The checkerboard pattern during pinch zoom out cannot be fixed. This problem is not there in Samsung Galaxy and Samsung Wave.
