I hate it when people complain about this phone. Don't you people realise that this is only a mid-range phone? It was not made to be the very "best" device available. The purpose of the N8 is to regain Nokia's image and attract new customers. Just like S^3 OS, the Nokia N8 is a stepping stone for even greater future phones. And since it is not even out on sale yet, how can you people judge its performance? You all are just looking at its spec sheet and judging its speed by a few words and numbers. Nokia is NOT making a lot of profit with the N8...adding a faster processor,higher-res screen,larger battery ETC... will sky-rocket the price, making it a direct rival to the iphone 4, Galaxy S and so on,which will have a negative effect on sales. No other phone is such good quality and as feature pakced as this, for such a low-price. I will rather wait a abit longer for something more High-end, as phone is going to be very common.

samsung is too much lite :)

Anonymous, 28 Jul 2010Why not 1Ghz processor. Nokia is always behind when every new phone from samsung has it.It has a ARM 11 680 MHz processor, and a 3D Graphics HW accelerator!! good no?

must ve applications 4 n8:
Opera 10.1 beta and mini, KAV or Netqin3.2 antivirus, Xplore, Brightlight( i m not sure about xenon but very useful), Ttpod 3.70en ( or above), Best taskman, Winrar plugin(symbian), SisEditor 0.65 (sometimes very useful), QuickOffice editor ver.( not viewer). Adope Pdf LE 2.5(full ver.), Battery life, Microsoft Silverlight....................

Nice phone for business and amusement. Might not have a 1GHz processor like many android phones but will do it for me. Should anybody wonder why the iPhone is not in the picture, i don`t like it when i need to hack my phone.

Nokia is lagging behind like their laggy symbian.. No flagship till july!! Only delaying realised date!! While Samsung is taking over the market by Wave and Galaxy S.. Galaxy S is going to have Froyo while Wave has got more than 6 Fw upgrades.. Yaahoooo... Go Samsung go.. Wave Galaxy Rocks..
