yemko, 12 Dec 2012I wanna update to belle, is it neccesary to backup and format before I updateNormally it is not a MUST DO! But i highly recommend to all symbian users to do that... Especially when going from anna to belle.

shino, 12 Dec 2012which one is better, anna or belle...please reply...Both are very good and stable. Belle has a more user friendly UI, for some... Also, Belle is stripped out of some things that Anna has. But to tell you the truth i cannot remember what was "taken" out and what was "put" in. You can do a google search if you're interested of this... From my point of view? i never missed Anna only one week, when i tried to find things that weren't there (in options menu, and so on). Now i can't remember them anymore. So apparently Belle does it's job:)

rvlsrgp, 12 Dec 2012how can read tamil font, pleas help meplease refer to Nokia care, they will install Tamil language for you, if it's available for N8, if not.... then it is probably imposible to have it on your phone. You can also try this guide if you at least want a browser reading tamil fonts.
you may use opera mini to read websites which contain tamil fonts, after installing opera mini you should type opera:config in address bar then you get the configuration settings screen, you will find "use bitmap fonts for complex scripts" make the setting to " yes" and save the setting then you will goto the websites and enjoy reading.

music outp... moreWell said. I think ANDROID phones do not have MY FOLDERS (in the MESSAGING area) in which we can create folders and sort out the SMS.
I think most of the Nokia JAVA and all Symbiam phones have this feature.

shino, 12 Dec 2012which one is better, anna or belle...please reply...Symbian belle is focused on the performance. In the french word, the meaning of Belle/Beau is Beautiful. It has good look, homescreen and widgets. Faster than S^3 and Anna. Symbian Belle its good performance.

The quality of Symbian apps is good. Well, Android has alot of apps but the quality is not good enough and there are viruses, in data. Maybe. lol. I will keep my cellphone which its Symbian OS.

I will probably go with wp, if nokia will not release some symbian or meego\jolla phone... Or maybe an android, if nokia makes it. Even though i don't think android will last more then 4 years from now on. So after 808, who knows, maybe we see some flying flexible mobiles running Alian system:))

I removed ... moreMaybe you have to many apps, or you have some, occupying to much space on c drive... take a look in installer. Also, Even if you install apps in mass mem or memory card, most of them install some small files in c:. some small, some big. So, see what happens in the installer. Also, if you use opera browser, enter: C:\system\data\Opera and delete this folders: application_cache, cache, cacheOp. Se if something changes:).

MeeGo has allot of power, when you think that android is just a copycat. Maemo was renamed in MeeGo in 2010 when nokia shacked hands with intel. Now this Meego, after Nokia latest decision, it is renamed Jolla Sailfish. But at it's core i think is the same old super system Maemo. Just that now has a more edited UI and, i've heard, that will support android apps (It is normal, they both have Linux core, just that android is the cheapest>:)) So, taking this in consideration, they maybe getting some market share. And i will be very pleased if Nokia would manufacture their phones:). Though that's highly doubtful... But in the same time i think that Windows Phone will go straight up. I don't know, but i have a feeling...
