Even though Nokia is using 'OUTDATED' Amoled, it is only 20% less efficient than Super Amoled used on Wave. Even Damian Dinning has said on his twitter page that in final release they will boost the display even more.

In N8 Nokia is using outdated Amoled mad... moreSorry but it is now proved Nokia is not using Amoled made by Samsung. Btw you must know Samsung is using tons of Nokia's patent regarding wifi, Gsm, 3g and video call. These things are patented by Nokia.. And Besides Samsung tons of Other manufactures also makes Amoled display. You are jealous thats why you are showing your hateness. The truth is that Samsung is even unable to fulfill the demand of amoled for htc, then how you can say they will be able to supply Amoled for Nokia. Super Amoled is patented by Samsung thats why if Nokia will pay money for using them, same as Samsung is paying Nokia for their tons of patents. And FYI the mapdata you are using on Wave is also supplied by Nokia's own Navteq..
So stop crying because every company pays money for using each others patents..

Pex, 03 Jul 2010I have the n900 which is amazingly powerful compared to all phones on the market but is let do... moredon't drop your n900 just because of those apps problems,you can update it to meego in the nearest future.n900 is the pioneer of maemo5 and everybody new it's gonna be tight with apps but with qt that'll change soon.n900 is too powerful not for everybody.it's for those who know what they want and they know exactly how to do it!!as to symbian there're oceans of apps in the net and they run fine on your devices just like any app from ovi store.and now that symbian code became open,the number of apps in ovi store will grow tremendously in the nearest future,so don't be disappointed my friend!!cheers :-)!!

People says symbian is slow,laggy ! Yeah itz true in case of N97 which is claimed as a great failure but still N97 was awarded as a 'Phone of the year09' ! Plz try to know abt E72 which has only 600 mhz processor but itz faster,free 4m lags ! Watch youtube video, N82 can able to run 42 applications at a time with just 128mb ram ! Symbian isnt power hungry like android n otherz !

Lets take ur wave n a fon with that equal hardware of ur wave but with S3 OS installed, and compare their perfomances. What would u say with that. i have nokia 5230 symbian os is all rounder found many apps from ovi store,fun apps from beta labs but this handsets is awesome waiting for after nokia n8 i will go for meego all i want is pocket laptop powered by intel(meego)
