We are the first to make a 12mp and this phone is only the camera the rest is rubbish 3.5 inches, 256 mb ram please come and have a look at x10 8mp better than 12mp form nokia, 4.0 inches vs 3.5 inches, 384 mb vs 256 mb ram and x10 best design.

Here's a thing for consideration.
I have a nokia N82. It has a nasty habit of hanging up sometimes, and the screen would just freeze up. No buttons work, not the task manager, not even the power button.
The only way to revive it is by taking off the battery and restarting it.
Now, with N8 having an internal battery with no access, how do i do it if it every freezes up?

I can't believe iPhones are JUST NOW getting multitasking. Maybe the iPhone 4 will be an N-Series killer. However, Nokia should try to link up w/ some USA carriers so their phones aren't so expensive to buy in The States.

AMANITA, 14 May 2010what if we use another stereo headset for this phone? would it be better? N8 has dolby digitalI used a brilliant headset which provides the best sound out of any device. So, I don't think the difference gonna be much with another headset.

Haters say whatever you like. Even if this phone is as slow as a the iphone 5g or the android 3.0 I'm still going to buy it.

Read the SPECS well ppl it have a 3D ACCELERATOR and a CPU so i think its gonna be a great fast device with very nice Graphics 680Mhz is more than enough for a symbian OS that's so great about symbian simple, smart and reliable and Nokia is doing a great job bringing such great device with such an affordable price look at SE very poor spec sheet and very high prices it's sad

Nokia could make this phone with removable battery at least. Hope it will perform this features later in upcoming models

I was hoping to buy this phone.. but until I this phone is using the same N97 CPU, it only increase from 433 to 680mhz. In addition, this phone does not have duo core process like N900 (cpu + gpu). It run ok in 3D process b/c of OPENGL 2.0, no Dedicate Video Graphic.
That explain why it is cheap, also confirm with Nokia people that they want to keep this phone cheap..
Cheap= Low CPU + No Dedicate 3D graphic.
I was hoping to have the 12 mpx hd phone camera. This is already dissappoint me. Suck Big Time

Can i ask if n8 has a built in equaliser to its music player? And a visualisation like album art and animated spectrum bars?

T... moreI really like Nokia and I appreciate the effort put to make N97 (I have one), but I feel the battery on the N98 is quite small. I would prefer the same battery capacity that is on the N97.
