Hey guys , i'm a great fan of nokia and i like their products. I bought the nokia 5800xm and i was a bit disappointed with it's touch screen(resistive). Now, I'm gonna buy this new nokia n8 because it has a capacitive touchscreen which is very responsive and better than iphone 3Gs and even the new iphone HD .In one word it's AMAZING even apple is thinking of a backup plan to avoid getting bankrupt. NOKIA has finally released a true iphone KILLER.

so, as i cannot roam here & there with Playstation & also i am not interested in doing large data interpretation & editing on screen less than 4 inch,
Symbian is the best thing for a mobile. in small processor Symbian can perform multi tasking, can shoot HD videos, web surfing, etc.
i think you want to say NOKIA gone nuts as it is releasing millions of handset with Symbian( N8, C6, C5, E5). BUT my friend, mark my words; these Symbian mobiles going to be sold in millions & earn trillions for Nokia in next quarters. HAND

because have much faster tact and graphic sd ram...
u cannot serious work with adobe premier or something
for 3d applications on symbian so you dont need have strong 3d acceler. on device. CPU is not slow for using Sym3, but is slow 4 using big applications, opening PDFs or some demanding applications such as docs to go with so many datas...
believe me symbian is past...Peoples from Nokia knows that and they will work on Maemo for some time untill they get license for Android

Optic sense and cpu of cameras in mobile devices are not same as in DF areas. It is only marketing. You must have Optic lens of minimum 10 cm to have great picture, which cannot be installed on mobile devices because they must be slim...regards!

i posted this only because i wish to share our expiriences from company for test sym^3...
it is faster than older versions but still far away
from Android speed. Nokia also tried with Maemo but there is not so many application masters who want make applications 4 Maemo...
Second: look at the CPU, slow for 2010 trends, and still ARM...nothing new...Nokia tried to get license for Android OS but because of the issue of Maemo in 2009 they have license problem 4 now...thats only reason because they still dont have Android OS...
OVI services are so in minority on market that we cannot believe...I was Nokia fan, but they made so many bad strategic decisions last 2 years...

BAHE, 07 May 2010Why is this phone so cheap?because this phone is the successor of Nokia N86 not N97.
The successor of N97 will be named N9. and it will be using maemo/meego with no QWERTY keyboard as the rumors on the net said.
for the successor of N900, it would be the E9. meego with QWERTY.

Remember 5800?,the first mobile with s60v5 ,it eas also cheap. The 5800 was excellent, so i guess this one will be very good too, nokias debutantsare always cheap but very good!!!!! My opinion, of course,agreed by many. :-))))

Anand, 07 May 2010Hello frnds!, Is anybody know d sterospeakers sound quality of N8? Is it better than N95?i think N8 is great multimedia monster. it must be louder than N95. Nokia mentioned "Dolby digital plus" & "Loudness" in audio features. just click the link below & go to read audio features there in multimedia column. checkout yourself.
