The phone's features can be divided into two categories :- necessities and luxuries..
Where this phone has some disadvantages falls in necessities category like weak processor. ARM11 680 mhz and the graphic card may make the UI smooth, but I am not buying this phone to keep opening and closing the menu or sliding between three home screens. I want that the high graphic games and applications run smoothly and fast.
If a person is given two option--to take a big home n no food or to take food and no home. one would choose to take food and not a big home.
Similarly other necessities where this phone has problems is its old UI and Symbian OS.
The iPhone is very good in all these things. Now iPhone has problems with its battery and sometimes with network. So if they improve these things, I think I will go for iPhone. and I have heard that they are increasing the battery.
The luxuries come second like HD, 12MP camera, HDMI, USB on the go etc.
where as iPhone is good at its App store. People say that most of the apps are crap. but even if 20% of them are good that is enough for me and on the usability upfront this advantage is so great that it can not be matched. other thing is that iPhone lacks many features but they are just petty features and what it has is just perfect and does the word magnificently.

I think this phone wont fall into the "sound quality" category. If you really want to enjoy a good sound, then maybe nokia will say, "buy yourself an X series, it's what we have for sound market"
until now, I have never met a phone that's really2 "complete". There's always something missing, whether it's a front camera, sound quality, camera quality, multitasking, etc.

it's pretty good spec. but i hope nokia dont forget the
audio fans and concider a quality audio and most important the loudness of the speaker . (by the way it was stereo speakers where are they?) .
because i had a vivaz for only 4 days and i sell it because of its weak sound . so nokia please dont let audio fans run awawy from this phone .
one other thing i hope they put the familiar applications on this new os..like the famous nokia dictionary etc.. and if there is a chance for avi xvid divx support will be greatly apriciated. thanks

The iphone 4g costs around euro 700
n8 cost euro 370 plus
apple add video call, 5mp camera and os 4 and call it new iphone
