thias is the phone what i waiting for since long time ago, the attractive light blue with alluminium and the camera can replace my sony camera bring convenience to me coz no need bring 2 device while travelling, but the main problem is the symbian^3 will better as android os?

Once N97 is not going well, i won't go for Nokia
Stay with Apple, There is no point keep new model out when your old model have problem they dont fixed it!

Fantastic nokia is back to the game, the definetely replace for my n82, but why not N87 or N83? but I will buy the silver one, just like my silver N82, great specs, great design and great price. Apple? IPhone? No Thanks.

[deleted post]i agree with you..people tend to comment stupid things even though they have not used it..i used to have n82 and right now i have my n86..i also buy the camera phone flagships of nokia so i'm sure i'll get this one.

U all rush to crucify the N8 n havnt yet tried it out. This phone just looks different and in a good way. This is the 1st symbian 3 and no-one should really expect it to do miracles but I believe it will do great things. Nokia will always give u value for money but if anyone is feeling rich, u could go ahead and get yourself a HTC or iphone.

Guys, i will have problem.., wot color i will chose to have.., or i will have to bay two of them in different colors!
Guys, you don't know wot is all about..., this is mobie computer with all day internet conection, it's not just about MP's but all of it, it's fast and powerfull to run several apps at the same time!
It has CPU and GPU, it can be up-clocket up to 1.2ghz and can be emulated to multi platform OS.
People will be mad in shops to get hads on one of them.

high specs + high price = nobody buys
low price + low specs = nobody buys
what nokia does is find a perfect balance like they did with 5800. this phone will be legendary like the 5800 is/will be.
go ahead and complain about the shortcomings of this phone but remember they found the price/specs balance to justify the design. if you don't like it spend your money somewhere else.

hopefully s^3 is efficient enough with 680 mhz and 256mb ram.. or else, the same tragedy will occur like n97 was..

Take a look at the patent from Apple in regards to the bezel added around the device. There is no other device that looks exactly like that, as there is no other "candybar" device that looks like it. Compare the N8 to the iPhone 1st gen, and then to other devices. You will see that the resemblance is that of the first gen iPhone. Of course, not saying that all phones are clones of the iPhone, just saying that it looks like it haha

JeD, 28 Apr 2010too bad ita has no Dual Led light for Video Light purposes... 12 mega pix cam w/ no vid light.... moreoops.. sorry my mistake.. it has one... but as i've seen from tests... it not that bright... should have been dual for the vid light..
