I am having issues with the proximity sensor while making a call. It doesn't seem to activate and when i call, my screen is black. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

So as far as i know nokia smartphones are the best out there when we talk about sound quality, connectivity and battery life. Try to keep a htc alive for 48 hours and you will know what i'm talking about. Yes, the n8 is by far one of the best phones, it is a little bit old but out there are new smart something that can really not compete with this baby here. Have it for 7 months now, and wasn't cheap at all. I could buy any android out there with those money BUT. NO WAY. Maybe i'll buy one when nokia will make one. In 1000 years:)). So have fun with the n8. or if you have money 808 pure view is an upgrade.

I use it for 8 months, its ok!!! But go for N8 made in Finland - i dont know for other N8devices their performance.
