only good thing is the camera, everything else is very bad.
this is one of the worst phone to buy...
you will regret it if you understand anything about phones...

First create a backup of your phone with
Nokia PC suite.
And then
Update your phone software with Nokia PC suite.
on option update software.. it will show not properly installed ..install again kind of option.
Or else if its under warranty go to NCP.

Its definitely a hardware issue
go to NCP and tell them camera is not working.
If its under warranty..just dont tell its fell down or something ok.

Spb shell will make ur phone little slow and also battery consuming..
Better flash ur phone
with Xenon firmware...

U will find ur phone with quick responses.
No lagging no hanging...
cool new widgets..
lots of clock widgets ..
and speed....
Go for it....
Enable theme effect after flashing.
