Buying the n8 today...its like n old rolls royce so nice looking...good battery life...aneriod is there on all phones battery drainer...nokia sysbiam software is simple and user freindly.
Its looks so strong n sturdy!!!

Probably because it's only used as a bedside clock these days I guess you may get 7days if no widget with 1 homescreen and set into power saving mode with all minimum setting. Or mayber it will be longer if shut off the phone. Let it ring only when alarm is functioning in shutdown mode....hahhhahahaaaa...
Came on, just utilize it as what it capabale to do so..it has plenty of opportunity of functions. Not only become alarm clock.

for a price diff of hardly 1-2k, am extremely confused btw 701 and n8.. while 701 has a better processer, ram, rom, led flash and nfc capabilities, n8 is the best shooter n comes wit better accessories... plz help...

Michael, 23 Apr 2012Having used both I would go with the N8 over the Iphone 3GS, particularly because of its super... morethanks then its n8 for sure that i will get as it is just in my budget n i have been using aneriod for the pat year n a half motorolla n lg n the battery life is the biggest problem for me as i get a lot of calls...thanks

Superb camera, navig... morehave been using mine since oct 2010 and in The beginning It was just crap except the camera and now with belle It is very good,testing the latest leak of coming Fw and It is amazing.Nokia is very good at updating their phones.

hello everybody just got my hands on this superb phne! :D itas almost 3:00 am here at philippines still wont sleep updating to belle,,hope my internet connection wont get in the way :) superb phone. iloveN*!it Rocks!

Have N-8 since Jan 2011, and installed Belle software. Its working great. Superb camera, navigation and battery life.

guru, 23 Apr 2012Confused between iphone 3 and n8 both great phones in their own light....sick n tired of anero... moreHaving used both I would go with the N8 over the Iphone 3GS, particularly because of its superior camera among other personal preferences.
But just something to consider, I also use an Iphone 4S on a regular basis and I see it as a better all-round experience. If possible you may want to put out a little extra cash and get the Iphone 4S, you will not regret it.
That said, while it may come off as abit contradicting, my N8 is still my primary device because of its durability, camera quality and battery life... guess it all comes down to personal preference

I have a nokia n8 and installed Belle. it is working superbly for me.
It is really a different experience and give much more performance objectives.
All ways, it is really amazing, guys go for it...

i updated my npkia N8-00 to belle, i cannot hear any sound. I cannot hear music.
No sound is coming from the phone at all. What should i do???
