i can't upgrade my phone. Nokia suite doesn't
recognize my username and password. It says
'invalid credentials'. I also opened a new account
but it doesn't work. Why? Please anyone help me.

After updating my N8 to Belle last night, I am not able to play my music downloaded from Nokia earlier and receive a message "'Licence for (song).wma' expired or missing. Get new licence now?" When I opt for YES, "Sorry we can't sign you in - Ovi music is now Nokia music. Blah blah get your Nokia account user name". Why can't Nokia do a smooth migration for its customers?

Hi everybody havent yet got a chance to update belle but facing a problem where unable to send and receive files via blutooth the other device gets a msg trying to connect but my N8 straight away says connecting failed acn some body please help.thanks

at last we have official belle thanks to you nokia although am so sad that nokia is cutting 4000 in finland, hungary and mexico. all well the world of nokia is moving to china. we have two manufacturer of phone in the whole world nokia and others.

You've most likely got yourself a swap device which means you will have to visit the Nokia Care Point to get your phone updated. Please backup your phone before submitting it to the NCP because they will wipe all data during the update.

I can't stress enough that you do not need any antivirus software running on your N8. It is absolutely pointless installing antivirus software because no viruses exist for Symbian^3/Anna/Belle devices. Furthermore, on the off chance that some snivelling moron does write a virus, the only way for it to infect your phone is for you to give it permission to install. And only a moron would do that. As such, nobody bothers to write viruses for Symbian/Nokia OS because it's pointless.

I do remember you, hope your keeping well.
I've checked your product code and it seems there is no Belle update available for your device but there is the update for all other Greek N8's. This is possibly due to your phone being a swap device. What this means is that at some point the phone was submitted for repair and Nokia changed the motherboard. If this is the case then you will have to visit your nearest Nokia Care Point and they will update the phone for you. Make sure you backup all your important stuff before taking it to the NCP because they will wipe all data from the phone when updating it.
I can't answer any questions about Belle because my network operator are still working on writing the update for my phone so I haven't updated it yet.

Please tell me if an... moreThe version of Belle that leaked in December, 111.030.0609 is different than the offical version even though they are the same number. I've run both. The main difference I've noticed is the official uses less memory, I highly recommend it. To update used the most recent PC Suite, plug in via USB, and use the "reinstall" option. There will not be a prompt for the official Belle update as they are the same version. PC Suite will back up your settings for you and update you. Please note, you will have to install your apps again.
