hi, I've done updating the firmware to the latest v.25.007 anna...after updating all the update 1 & 2, i found that my play via radio ( FM TRANSMITTER ) went missing from my N8, i already reboot to its original factory setting, to dismay, its still not there...previously it was there and i enjoying listening songs thru it via my car stereo..can anyone pls help me....

I have updated my N8 to leaked version of Belle (06.09 ROM) , it is great but my battery life is reduced to only last for a day over normal usages ..does leaked belle could be an issue ?
and How I can check that my Nokia N8 is authentic , means what is the process.My IMEI number is 357919049843022 and product code is 059B656.

I'm unable to use my netbanking site, which required JAVA enabled browser. Though java is enabled in the NOKIA browser. Is is this problem due to Symbian ANNA OS? Please help me, how to use java software enables websites on the NOKIA N8. Thank you.

yes we must up grade our NS to version3.3.86 to get Belle. it is Nokia preparation, if Belle and 3.3.86 come together...for sure Nokia's server will very crowded and serve the client very slow.
I am sure Ray is correct that Belle will comeout on febuary 2012.

Symbian Belle is officially out people! I just turned on my laptop and Nokia Suite (which I keep running and auto starts) alerted me that a new version of suite was available. So when I clicked the install button it showed a little dialogue instructing me to upgrade my Symbian^3 or Anna device to Belle. The new version of Nokia Suite is called Nokia Suite v. 3.3.86.0 (I had v. 3.2.100) Now I'm freaking out that I dont have an N8 yet!!! Please update every1 and post how it goes and the improvements and buggs you may encounter.

As long as you have enough memory left in your C drive, you don't have any problems regarding the phone's speed and performance. Try to keep your C drive free and you're good to run the show.

I own a Nokia N97 mini and I am definitely upgrading to the N8. Bought the mini in June of last year and it's really been a great phone. A little laggy and I always envied capacitive touch screens for their sensitivity and multitouch capabilities. I have been waiting to upgrade for a while now. I had enough money for an android with great specs but nothing beats Nokia so easily in my opinion. I wanted the N8 but it was too expensive :( but now I can get it for less than half the normal price from a friend that "has connections" lol. So excited!! All I need is an HDMI cable and a 32GB microSD and I will be fully prepared to take on the world!!!!!!!

me!!, 15 Jan 2012cn pls sum1 lemme kno if symbian belle is available for nokia n8?? the official belle update is not yet released but you can search in google the delight belle rom. you need to install a program in your p.c. and connect your n8 with usb. every step you need to take is explained and detailed in pictures and it`s very easy. after the belle update you will see very nice improvements in speed and theme effects :)

By the end of this month, my nokia n8 will be 15months old!!! Yet, it still rocks, wagging its tail in anticipation of Belle!!!

AnonD-33055, 15 Jan 2012please can anybody tell me how many hd games can be installed on the nokia n8 without lagging.... more you can install hd games as long as you have free space to install it there are two storage possible to save an hd game its paths F:/ and E:/
F is for internal n8's memory and E is for the storage on a memory card. its expandable up to 32 Gigabyte. Note that you should have enough space even though you have installed plenty of games its inclined to get your phone to slow down due to the heavy amount of files stored in the mass memory.

I just want to know if it is genuine, i put the product again, 0599256 made in Korea.
