If you have taken good care with it then it's difficult to understand how the glass got scratched. You will have a hard time convincing Nokia Care that it happened through no fault of your own too.
I'm starting to wonder if you might have bought a cloned N8 which wouldn't have Gorilla glass.
Anyway, the best of luck to you and hopefully you can get it repaired and it's not a clone.

I really shocked when i see the scratch ,,i bought this phone for it's camera ,,but i think it's factor fault ,,because really i take my care from it ,put separate from metal object ,,i am really sad to see some scratch on my camera .

In what way is Belle better than Android? Does Belle allow the use of live wallpapers? Does Belle bring full Adobe Flash 11 support? I'm sure there are lots of other things Belle isn't capable of that Android is, but if you can prove me wrong I'll gladly apologise.

The glass covering the cameras lens is made from Gorilla glass and is highly scratch resistant but not scratch proof. I've got no idea how you managed to scratch yours other than perhaps having keeping the phone in the same pocket as you keep your keys. Also, I wouldn't expect Nokia care to replace the glass as a warranty repair because they would consider it wear and tear or misuse, so they'll probably charge you for the repair.

It's got nothing to do with how many mega pixels the camera supports. It's all about the phones GPU as to whether it can record 1080p or not. The N8's GPU isn't capable of recording 1080p videos.
In any case, 1080p only displays 2,073,600 (2.07 million) pixels so in an 8 mega pixel camera is more than enough.

I hope Nokia holds its place of best cameraphone with the 801/803 or whatever.

My n8 is 24 days old in my hands but its battery can on last for 24hours only,is that normal really????

you will see
1080p is no good with such a little sensor, but the nokia n8 has upgraded there sensor and the others havnt, resulting in lieing to there customers, and infact with such a little sensor the quility can be quite bad....
