Specially to all anonymous & other people out here, please dont post anything bad about N8, Its doing the best job a one cell phone can do. Whatever the probs you are facing, please accept it...
Why to criticize N8, for e.g if you like few thing over N8 compared to may be galaxy s2 or whatever, Then please go to respective comment section & praise it, simple...
Why do you kick the ass of other things for your desires??? Remember no gadget is perfect...
Im damn sure your pc with 3GB RAM & 3GHz processor hangs & dies too...!!! After all N8 is just a pretty little cell in your palm without which you cant live...!

EEZO, 03 Sep 2011my n8 is slow when it comes to social networks, takes forever to navigate..argg!i get so angry... moreits your internet that is slow not the phone... try to analyze first your internet connection if its fast... maybe its time for you to upgrade your date plan

Android- best in apps but realistically, how many apps does a person install or even use.
Iphone- best in performance.
N8- best in features and built quality. The greatest multimedia device in the world

i notice that the purple is gone when i updated my N8 to anna and the display is now much clearer and more crispier! my phone has now more options. its getting better, much much better!

There are the ones with defective N8s around , but that doesn't mean the company Nokia isn't doing a good job, every manufacturer have products with defects here or there, overall the N8 is great featured packed phone for the price.

Do you have trying change custom chasing on n8??
I was try that...im using ipad mini..chase.
N use iphone 4 themes with 5*6menu style..it amazing 90% look iphone 4.!!! Or ipad mini..

The phone is faster nw after the anna update...and the battery is better too...occasional restarts though...but nw 3 days without it restarting...am loving my N8 more..cant wait for belle...symbian is very power efficient...i hated my Ideos...it was good and fancy but power hungry...only lasted 4 hrs...i cud nt stay away from the charger...i wud have more juice than those android tweaks any day...my old samsung wave s8500 is fast...but battery...is bad...256mb is okay with me as i have never got any out of memory alerts...and perfomance is pretty much fast despite...its 680mhz processor...i dont see any difference with my samsung wave wc has 1Ghz...perfomance wise...and no hanging problems with my n8

Hi..i,m about to upgrade to a new fone and i,m looking at the nokia n8..Can any1 give me hes or her opinion on their experiences in using this fone...I reay like the fone,,but is it realy any good...ive heard a few bad experiences with friends regarding this fone...hope to hear from you guys....cheers

ujwal, 02 Sep 2011@snom I know that not all n8 have a purple tint but most of them have and mind you by most ... moreyou are ryt, iv had a bad experience with my n8 too.. tho i love the phone sold it off with a loss a few months back i got tired of it sent it to the service center jst the next day, sent it bk a few times and got it in a bit bad condition they simply cunt fix it, my new phone looked like a used one, well it was my mistake i bought it with the purple tint without checking it well. it was a bad experience but m happy with one i got checked it well before getting it.. hope they fix yours well
