AnonD-4190, 21 Aug 2011 I ve discovered 2 issues with my anna updated phone. 3 keys (volume down + camera + menu) har... moreHi MK, it's been so long. Anyway, I read your problems. My phone is working absolutely fine, so didn't check the hard reset. But I checked in the log and it WAS showing me ONLY the calls, NOT EVEN the messages. Then I went to OPTION > FILTER > ALL COMMUNICATIONS & it came back to normal. Then I exited the log & opened it again, it was normal, showing all the log data.
Now, I found a bug as well. If you switch on your camera in 12MP picture mode & then pinch it to 9MP, the buttons on your right just disappear. I tried it again, but it was the same even after I moved back to 12MP by pinch out. But if you just do it from OPTIONS > SETTINGS > IMAGE QUALITY, then it comes back and you can use it. Guys who have N8 with Anna, check & let me know.
Again, I had Mod 3 installed earlier. But now the phonebook seems to scroll slower. What should I do? should I re-install the mod after uninstalling it?

My humble request to help me..if anybody knows..how to install the anna update..i hav installed the 2nd part of anna through mobile itself but 1st part failed to install...and shows no error..its related to quickoffice installation..i have tried some 'QT' s/w updation from N8fanclub website but failed... Im puzzled..

thegreatrituraj, 20 Aug 2011US is not Nokia market anymore !!! Its all captured with iphone and androids. So they are tryi... moreObviously it still is, because Nokia USA still sells all their new devices in the USA and the y need to release the update in the USA!!!
Nokia sell a nice number of N8 in the USA I personally have 4 friends who have it too, so I can imagine that there are more people that have N8 and other S^3 Nokias in USA...
It is not right to forget about us...
They said they still support Symbian?! Shame on Nokia!!!

I ve discovered 2 issues with my anna updated phone. 3 keys (volume down + camera + menu) hard reset is not working. And log is not showing packet data connections. It s happening for me. So, please check ur phones.

I'm in love with nokia again. If I'd known symbian anahI was this good, i should not have bought galaxy s2. Thank you nokia. Expecting belle.

US is not Nokia market anymore !!! Its all captured with iphone and androids. So they are trying luck in rest of the world and they are somewhat right.

To all n8 users:
please give your new ratings to the nokia n8 after the symbian anna update.the present gsm arena ratings 8.4,8.5,8.4 should be increased after the anna update.
