Anonymous, 25 Jun 2011talking time is ok but can anyone tell me y this phone sucks a lot battery when gps is switche... moresame issues here great phone matter of fact i have both the E7 and N8 my biggest issue is the batteries i see no purpose in abusiness phone when you need to carry charger or solar enrgy cells to recharge on the fly, i have made many concessions to preserve battery power in closing totally out 2 screens, limited the active application and black home screen, to me its very ridicolous to have this flagships yet limited by inedequate batteries ,finally i fund this offthe market battery RHOl that makes 1600 MHA battery to fit both phone , naturally upon intallation my nokia warranty will be voided however short of having 2 paper weights in my flight bag i will atke the changes on one of them and see any improvements if any, should it fail its back to my Sammy 8910

How to check the purple tint? How much phone memory does this phone have? how long does its battery last?

N8 is a marvellous device but if you are a gamer then i would not suggest n8 or any other symbian 3 device. I bought mine in november, there were plenty of HD games in Ovi store back then, there are no new games for my N8 for like 6 months now, Gameloft, EA, Fishlabs, etc none of them are making any games for symbian 3 where as android marketplace and apple appstore are literally flooded with HD games.

Cheated by Nokia. N8 boasts as best camera phone where as it cant even match entry level camera. I am struggling with Nokia for looking into it but it seems after dumping the phone on customer, they dont bother how a customer suffers. Warranty is only for documentation. The day in not far when Nokia name will disappear from world.

bought an n8 four months ago and never experienced any problem. bought another one for my mom and she loved it. guess some people have bad luck with the problems they meet with n8. or is it plain stupidity or ignorance or you just want to defame the N8! get real.

Hi Guys, I am a proud owner of an N8 and I am more that satisfied with what it can do. I visit this forum everyday to hear about something new about my phone. I am thoroughly dissappointed at what some people have to say, I mean, if you love your phone and its brand so much then visit that forum, this is not the right one for you. Also, If you hatre N8 so much dont visit this forum. Thhis forum is to discuss about the problem and the benefits with N8. Also, people conversing in languages other English, please dont hesitate to discuss in English. Its better to discuss with 100 and be understood than discuss with 5 and be confused. I would thank you for your time to read this.

purple/pink tint problem is common as i have compared my n8 with some of my friends n8...but it is a problem...
In some phones it Will be very more and others less like pixels seem to show variations in colour, creating boxes.... A perfect lcd should be out of this...
