AnonD-6110, 18 Jun 2011should i buy samsung I9000 galaxy S or nokia N8 ??? m so much confused between these two :/i have both these phones, galaxyS has a prettier os that's about it. the n8 has a better camera and also the best gps you can get in a mobile (free for life with constant map updates). both phones are easy to use and have heaps of apps to download. all comes down to what you need in a phone and search youtube to see what the os is like.

Nokia E6 had good score but last night it got 700 votes and is now down at lower score,,we must get E6 back up again nokia haters are many but there are millions of nokia lovers.

REally its amazing technology. Its camera performance is superb and even watching movies in HD on my Nokia N8 gives a mindblowing experiance. And extremely streanless performance via HDMI to my Bravia. I love Nokia N8.

It helps give developers have an incentive to write programs for symbian. More apps = more users. More users = more money for nokia. More money for nokia = more development on phones.

Destev, 17 Jun 2011What is d different btw nokia java,symbian and anna phoneanna phone literally is a mobile phone which belings to a grl named anna...lol it is Symbian Anna my friend...which is an operating system like android or IOS...in the past nokia used symbian series 40 and series 60 and now with N8, C7 C6 and E7, nokia released a new symbien called symbian^3...there will be an update & upgrade to symbian^3 soon and it will become Symbian Anna (which many persons are impatiently waiting)
java is just a platform which programmers use to create OS....games...websites and so on...JAVA is a high level programming language only. hope the information could help

why do you need a 1Ghz processor when symbian phones does not need all those processing power??? 1Ghz will use much more the battery of the phone...like the SG2 where full use the battery last for 6 hours...whereby my n8 full usage last 2 full days...cant have video light with xenon flash (its impossible) better you buy another product if u want video light ;)

Most of the phones today.. are product of upgraded processor and ram. And of course the artificial screen with ultra vivid colors which are unnecessary.
Why they just put new features? So for me up to this date. Nokia N8 is still the "BEST PERFORMING SMARTPHONE" even with GALAXY S II.

I bought this phone 2 weeks ago, and I satisfied with it. I can get all features I need from it. I've Modding, Hack it with Custom FW (via Phoenix) and combine it with newest SPBShell. It looks great now. There's only one disadvantage from N8, it's small capacity battery. Draining fast. This is the best device I've ever had, previously I had N82 (disadvantage in battery too), I still use it untill now.
I hope, Nokia will release a new nice UI Firmware with tiny battery consume.

AnonD-10183, 16 Jun 2011since there's no answers for my question this means that no long time users the phone dies fas... morethe battery is fine for a smartphone you cant expect wonders the more you use you phone the more battery you are going to use.....

nokia n8 is the best phone of the centurey dont think any other sick os symbian^3 is wonderfull espically n8 multimedia features are so good hmdi fm transmitter video editing pic editing email multi accounts nokia maps i meaan every thing which you need is in it so dont worry to buy this amazing device no cell phone in the market which can be compare with nokia n8 best for ever......
