Can anybody discuss on the purple/red screen issue..
I purchased N8 in the last ... moreyou try press the menu&switch button at the same time and wait till 10 seconds.if it doesn't work i don't have idea cause mine has been like that before
what ever you try that tips

Hi All,
Can anybody discuss on the purple/red screen issue..
I purchased N8 in the last month. Was working fine for the first 15 days. After that I started facing purple/red tinge on the analog clock.
I had called Nokia, They suggested me to submit the handset to Nokia Care..
But having gone through different posts, I got to know once the handset is submitted its not rectified But the problem worsens..else you get refurbished handset
What to do ?
Any Idea guys..

I think you got the wrong ones to compare But anyway.. let me add soemthing to ur findings:)
We would need to fill our pocket by 45% more if you gonna buy N8 than wave:)
Wave2 got 3'7 comaped to N8's 3'5
and last but not the least... i am not sure about the symbian OS future...wil wait and see

u first delete all u r unread messages in ur sim which u hv inserted in u r new nokia n8

another cause for ur pro... morehey man,
thnks again for reply...but it still connected to my wifi..even i have uninsstaled whatsapp...
i ve disconnected it n turn off the wlan but after a minute it connected again....
but its not a big problem rite...

What I like about Nokia is that it is user- friedly, unlike other brands, it really took me long to familiarize it. They also cater to the needs of their clients in terms of the latest needs of today's gadget. Congratulations!
