ive just sold my n8. Even thou it has a very unnoticeable defect .cause i know in our place many is unaware of the defect.and when it spread .value of my n8 will go down .i sold it for 13k php. Ill just wait for a new model which is more worth of my money without defect.

I think processor is not so good as the name fame...It should have at least 1GHz clock speed.

[deleted post]u r absolutely right.. i bought this crap and got the greatest shock in my life. before this i had been using xperia x10. now I am just regreting why i even sold it at the first place. I m going for samsung galaxy s2. this n8 is a good phone alright but i wud have got a much better phone with the kind of money i spent for this. Within the first week i started having software issues like the screen wud go blank after pinching zoom for a few seconds. No offence but buy this at your own risk. And i must admit that i miss my android..

Hahaha!!! how funny the droids people are terrified about the N8, they keep on trying to bash the N8 -- I have one question for you people -- Are you afraid that N8 will rule over your droids? I thought your droids are on the top of the list -- o please don't be pathetic and try to get your own life. You better try to accept the fact that N8 really exceeds what your want your droids phones to have and despite of the many comments or problems that your posted still there are a lot of those who buys N8 -- simple logic: You CAN NEVER PUT A SUPERB PHONE DOWN - so if I were you my droid friends go back to the droid forum and discuss worthile things because the more you bash N8 the more you encourage people to buy the phone...

[deleted post]the original galaxy s had better photo quality than the iphone. heck even the 6year old n95 had a better cam. i don't know where you guys get your believe that the iphone camera is even usable. my mum has one. it can't take pics in a room with artificial lightening. it atjusts the sensitivity to capture the brightest object in the scene aka the bulb.

I read and experienced myself of the little trouble many of us N8 users having with OVI store access from the N8. For unknown reason it stopped working for many of us, sometimes it happened after hard-resetting. After a week of being dead, my Ovi store suddenly start working all by itself. I didn't do any attempt to fix it but I did install a couple of apps using other resources.
I thought I will let you guys know if any of you having that same problem.

i had used galaxy xperia and desire. after all shifting of mobiles n8 stopped me for purchasing another one. best phone out there. for me you wojt be needing a faster processor but its good if you have. if you are power hunger use a laptop. beleive me this phone will get the job done with zest. plus the free map

N8 has a very good camera for photography but not good for video camera does not work because the xenon flash there, so goes dark when the video shoot with no good light!

It's ultimate Nokia phone, for best photos and excellent screen.
I just wondering, why Symbian OS not so popular software.
I will never buy any other Nokia phone if will be with Windows Mobile OS, even be with excellent camera and other specifications.
Best option - when NOKIA = SYMBIAN.
