Deep SHT, 09 Apr 2011i have my n8 for three months and i rarely used it.. and now, i tried to record a video.. i no... more1- what memory do u use to save ur videos ?? if memory card then try upgrading to class 6 mmc or atleast class 4 ... the HD video recording needs a fast memory card
2- Did u installed any mods ??? those custom made mods ruins the phone

AnonD-5796, 09 Apr 2011Is the second time in trying to send text messages, these remain in the outbox forever, and th... more1- try to upgrade to PR 1.2 or 1.1 where u just tab the stucked msg in the outbox and a list of options appear.
2- if that doesn't work head to the inbox and delete the whole conversation .. that deletes the stucked msg too

listen poor kid. android is just a kid right now. symbian is its grandfather. so dont expect too much from android. its just another OS thats goin down.
oh and btw where is the proof that i asked you for any website that says that n8 has got a 9mp camera hacked into 12 mp? you need to support your claim right? so show me one. well if you dont know how to use google. well thats ur fate that ur a n00b. so first you learn to use google before you tell others to use it.

Gadget noob, 09 Apr 2011Sony failed, many times, never has their own siftware, and you won't trying so hard to bash i... moreFirst of all i have n8 by my self ya is a good phone and i also got x10 and arc the x10 will soon be upgraded 2.3.3 gingerbread i tell you man i have my x10 since over one year now and i have never hade any problems with it the x10 is a top nutch mobile and arc which i use now as my mainphone well it really overdrives the n8 not only on speed also the camera is maybe better including videorecording the arc is a far better then the n8

I'm desperately looking for an answer! I do not want to reset my nokia N8!

i have my n8 for three months and i rarely used it.. and now, i tried to record a video.. i noticed that while im recording, the running time of the video recording skips and it lags.. from 4 secs of video recording, it will lag until 9 seconds and resume recording.. i think it lags every 4 seconds.. anyone??

it is great set ...it has got everything ....i can say that noone like it....it a complete set....

Vivaz hasn't no gpu, slower processor, lower camera, nobody needs smile detetcion, if you got continuous face detection,and which village on earth are you from to stuck with singled touch lousy devices like x10 & vivaz.do yourself a favor and don't embarass yourself. Cheers...even arc failed to compare with n8 search on youtube by youself and cry alone noobie : P

why spend time and money for n8?? vivaz too runs the same Symbian OS with a more faster processor.yeah go check it out.
oh and the 12mp, which many mobile reviewers say is a 9mp camera interpolated into 12mp camera, which doesnt even got smile detection...for gods sake why the heck one would buy n8??? go for vivaz,if android buy htc desire or xperia x10
