What ever the reasons are, what ever the explanations are, we don't care JUST REPLACE it with the non-defect units. We are paying for the heavy duty quality phones, not the defects. This is what the Nokia is trying to prove in the world that they are the heavy-duty-hardware phone manufacturer in the world. Where is that crown now? So far Nokia has been the best am loyal to Nokia but when it comes to N8 there is lots of fong kongs here in South Africa we don't know which one is fake and which is original. The purple screen is a huge proble five of my friends have the same probllem. Nokia please take care of your customers don'y ignore our problems.

So my laptop kicked the bucket. Good thing I have important files backed up on flash drive. But whats the use if I need them now and have no other pc? Hmm. wait...wait...my N8 has usb on the go! And to think some say this is a useless feature. My N8 saved the day. Know of any iphone or android that does this?

still under consideration to buy N8 coz i heard alot of ppl complaining N8 is not good enough.. im a nokia fans thats why i always choose nokia.. this N8 come out without battery taken out.. so how if the battery got problem n how we gonna change the battery
I bought it a while ago, luckily there's no issue redish or something on the screen of N8, the version is 1.0 pr but I also upgraded pr1.1 on nokia care, Its free so Its ok .. hehe so far i have not yet encounter any prob .. the camera is superb! love it compare to my apple 3g before ..
