AnonD-1082, 11 Mar 2011There's not many choices with that budget. Go for Sony MDR-V150 but even that one is almost 40... moreOk, since the big ones are more expensive, are there cheap headphones that are those small like my sony e10lph (not in ear cannal) under 20$? But of course with AWESOME BASS! maybephilips or sony?

AnonD-3334, 11 Mar 2011Hey! thats a very expensive headphone! iwas thinking of something for about 20$ MAX. Maybe son... moreThere's not many choices with that budget. Go for Sony MDR-V150 but even that one is almost 40 bucks. If you want big cans with big bass then you can try Skull Candy but they won't reproduce a balanced sound and they tend to lean on heavy bass. If you can triple that budget then there are decent choices out there.

To all those experiencing a purple defective screen, Nokia have now officially acknowledged the fault and will repair your N8 under it's two year limited warranty.
Take your N8 along to your nearest Nokia Care Point to get it repaired.

        All the best.

After 4 months of its realease the Nokia N8 is still number one in daily interest. Thats impressive!!!

But even more impresive is the rating, the Nokia N8 is the top 2 rated phone of all times...

Too many trolls here, probably working for samsumg or apple...

N8 is the best, just look at the rankings!!

[deleted post]Haha! That fanboy thought you were a troll. These fanboys think we are trolling for exposing the cons and defects of this phone. They have never experienced what we did and none of the inconvenience of having a defective N8. The public must be warned for as long as Nokia hasn't sort this defect. They should have issued a recall on the defective batches until they get to the bottom of the issue

[deleted post]Just because you never experienced anything bad about the n8 doesn't mean the others were as lucky as you. How would you feel about sending your N8 a total of 3x and each replacements still have the purple screen defect? You have to use your old phone while it's away and it's really inconvenient. What you think are trolls are actually Nokia users and former fans who felt slighted with defective units. We are here to give warnings to potential buyers and to anyone to proceed with caution so that they won't experience the inconvenience of having a defective unit like what we did.

[deleted post]@ aaron yes i completely agree with u nokia this time have disappointed almost everyone..everyone is facing some kind of problem with this handset..nokia has shown its ignorance attitude towards problems and with users and fans who love nokia..problems r increasing day by day some new problems r building up and heard.these days screen purplish red problem is going on and still nokia r not bothering seriously and giving false promises every time..they should have stopped their shipping until they exactly find all the problems and solved it 100%..they also lied that no problems r their in second batch and see now ....the phone is good but problems r not acceptable.people accepted symbian os despite its old and boring but they betrayed and ruined symbian despite of knowing n8 has launched recently...its been 6 months and still problems have not been solved and giving wrong information about all updates...now what so updates come the symbian will be looking rubbish and old...so nokia dayss are over and now people have understand and this time nokia silly tricks will not be accepted by people so nokia do something which will bring people trust back....

Who cares if the reasearch if official from Nokia or not? The fact still there. You know what's more pathtic? You trolls don't
even have arguments to defend your "ideas", all you guys say is "Nokia sucks", "Symbian is ugly", "Nokia is dead", you know what that means?
You guys hate Nokia so much only because it's still on the top even without good presence on North America, you trolls just can't aceppt that
fact. So let's make it clear: Nokia doesn't care only with North American stupid expectations, Nokia is the biggest brand because they do phones
for all the global market, not for a specific market alone. They still doing phones with resistive screens because it's very convenient for alot
of countries, they do reliable phones because it's conveniente for all market, they do phone with good cameras because it's convenient for alot
of people. Nokia users don't care for extremely powerfull CPUS, hundreds of effects and eye-candy shi*y, they care about functionality and reliability.
They care about support and market experience.
That makes Nokia far better than any other company.
You think I'm wrong? OK then. So what do you expect from a smartphone?
Beutiful OS with inconsistent phones with hundreds of different resolutions, technologies, OS version and hardware, with lead thousands of incompatibles
Apps for your phone? Not to mention that it's a Java emulated system that need a 1Ghz CPU to run without any lagging. (Android)
Or a beutiful and fast OS with stupid limitation like no true mult-tasking, no true video-call, no file manager, no true homescreen or widgets, no mass
storage, not bluetooth file transfer and God know what else?(iPhone)
What's so bad about Nokia phones them? The UI looks? Me and all "Nokia fanboys" rather quality than a useless good-looking OS.

Haha! Nokia's gonna replace the faulty screens.. Atleast it isn't telling people in which angle to look at the screen unlike Apple which was teaching people as to how they should hold phones!!!

Hi all, I wonder if you are able to help. I lost my N8 yesterday, and I know someone picked it up cos the phone was switched off after that. Is there any tech that can trace where it is now so that I can have some hope of getting it back? Thanks, for any help you can give.

[deleted post]I share your sentiments. I, too, am extremely disappointed with my N8 and Nokia in general. I've been a Nokia lover for 10 years already. Now, I'm a Nokia hater. Before, I used to defend Nokia in every forum. Now, I'll join those haters who want to attack it. But I won't be a troll. I'll be reasonable with my criticisms.
