nokia n8 is a very good phone.i have used it for 1 month and found its the best phone we can get .i am really satisfied.n8 is sold numerously.its in shortage in most shops.samsung galaxy is an alternative but n8 scores better in terms of spec and after sales service and high value in second sales market.symbian 3 is good indeed.and has good apps support.

If you already have it on your pc it will ask you if you want to repair.Click yes and will do the job. I had the same problem for a long time and i was using only blth.I am sure it will work. Is flash lite same as adobe flash?
If not please tell the difference...plz
I see that n8 browser supports flash lite, does it mean that n8 browser can play embedded flash player?

N8 :-), 26 Jan 2011Is flash lite same as adobe flash? If not please tell the difference...plzflash lite 4 on n8 can play 80% of all flash content. But not games and other things

i love my N8 but i hate Nokia....still i have few questions for N8 lovrs including me?
1.What is N8 worth for?
>>extremly bad browser
>>UI is not that good/even SPB mobile shell is smoother
>>andoinzed body feels good but can easily get dents
>>Social hub is nowhere near to any other smart phone(be it sony ericsson,samsung,motorola or iphone)
>>Ovi maps is gr8 but it doesn't provide satellite view of India.....why?
>>music unlimited is gr8 but can't play or share with any other devices
>>Ovi store has nothing to offer that makes me proud
>>Push mail not working on N8
>>ovi store crashes or fails quiet often
>>Battery performance is very weak comaparitevely(it goes only 2 days on average use...just to increase performance can't keep it in stand by mode all the time)

2.Is there anything to cheer for?

Overall, I can say N8 is gr8 from NOKIA but not the best for competition. Firstly NOKIA's attitude is to be focused to come out winner. NOKIA's engineer what r u doing?plzz be focused.....

Who say n8 is a goodsmart phone though all the people who r useing handset its just a month or 2 i had got ths handset in month of oct 2010 aftr a month ths handset was droped from my hand handset went totaly off i gave it to service center they told me it wll take 45 day n whn phone was back aftr downloading 16 gb it started rebooting hence i sold the handset n got samsung wave its far better thn n8 n the hardware qalty is 100% better thn n8 nokia has droped thr qlty

some time it hangs i switch on/of then everything gr8 again n8 is addictive to me i cant stay off from this sweetheart, :)

I can transefr media and explore the phone when is at Media Transfer and Mass Storage connection mode...
But cannot connect at Ovi Suite mode.

Allready tried reinstall drivers and Ovi Suite.

Im Proud To Be owner of Nokia N8 color orange Since December 1, 2010 almost a month of using withouth any issue,No hang,No laggy, Its really smooth responsive, This Phone is Amazing why?

->I had 16gb Microsdhc class 4 with fully loaded of 40 movies and it has 280MB remaining on my memory card.
->My N8 16gb built in memory with fully loaded of thousand of songs,HD games,photos and it has 800MB remaining memory.
Its awesome ive never encountered any hang and laggy on my device even my memory card and built memory is fully loaded my phone is really work fast and smooth responsive.

->N8 it has HDMI
->N8 it has FM transmitter.
->N8 it has gorilliaz glass display and. aluminum anodize display.
->N8 it has free lifetime GPS.
->N8 it has 12MP withb xenon flash
Its awesome spec and features 100% perfect.

Active powersaver mode,offline widgets,disable gps connection->setting->application->position method->uncheked all, set your connection Wlan only
->My battery life is 3-5days with minimal use
-> heavy games 7hours straight non-stopable HD gaming
-> straight 5movies played full battery
-> straight Non stopable playing Music 2.5 days.
Its Awesome its really work fine for heavy used.
Its Amazing N8 can Do everthings Thanks Nokia For this Device 100% perfect good job...

eneight, 26 Jan 2011i bought this phone last week.so far all the feature listed in the specs performs well.my only... moreare you sure? My N8 is really fast smooth responsive very sensitive to touch.. No hang,No Laggy.. You are N8 Hater Right? Buy N8 before you judge...
