first i bought iPhone 4 i used it for 5 days and believe me it was worst experience of user friendly device... i sold that at heavy loss n bought samsung galaxy s it was an amazing phone but still i was luking for something better so i sold that and now i bought Nokia N8 & one Galaxy tab ... nokia N8 is something i was luking for i admit os is outdated as my previous phone was samsung omnia HD but still it offers 4 features i luv to use 1.. USB on the go 2... HDMI out 3... fm transmiter 4... 12mp cam
and as my second device i luve galaxy tab as well....
highily recommended.... i luv my Silver N8 :D

So, what happened to Motorola ATRIX? To Sony Ericsson XPERIA Arc? All other latest innovations from other manufacturers. N8 is still on the lead with 94%? The next is about a little less than 60%. What's the matter? They couldn't keep up with Nokia N8?

accidently it fell from my first floor into the carpet in my living room and doesnt have any scratch on screen.
Its paint is also very strong and doesnt wear out in any weather condition.
Body as u know is very strong

in which iphone4 totally collapse and n8 still remains stronger.

Anonymous, 19 Jan 2011can some one tell me how much memory does the c drive on the nokia n8 comes with and can u cha... moreC drive has 150 - 180 MB free. Also it has an inbuilt 16 GB mass memory (E).
You can do FB chat using a messenger program, can be downloaded free from ovi store (ebuddy, nimbuzz or palringo)
N8 can do text to speech. It has a message reader and it will read sms and email for you, also all your contacts are voice tagged automatically so you don't have to do any configurations to use voice dial.

The amber led acts as a privacy indicator when you do video recording.its there to tell the others that you are making a video (and it is a must according to law in some countries). Also it acts as a auto focus assistant in still imaging.

when is the new n8 firmware update releasing!!
i tried to go on my phone to update it and it said server not responding... it also said no update available on the ovi suite.

i belieave there should be a option where u can record at night using the xenon flash and when your recording a video i believe the red light should be of i dont c the point of it being on it just drains the battery and u cant even c shit with it when u r recording in a dark place i love the n8 but i think a bright led video light would of made it a compete phone who agrees and i like a all in one phone that y i chose nokia but they r letting me down i hope they get this right in the future the n 8 big brother xenon plus led

On your N8 always install apps on E: drive so that recovery after a crash is easy...
