i dont care wa nobody says video light would of made the n8 a complete phone i wonder y nokia stop letting the camera key and volume buttons light up like the ones on the nokia n 95 over all the n8 is the best touch screen camera phone out there at the moment

i am a die hard nokia fan but nokia needs to make a super phone with super fast software and the phone should have 20 mega pixels that would really put nokia to the top of the game and nokia needs to make more apps nokia show us y u r number one and xenon plus led flash who agrees with me

i believed all the people who said that this phone has mamy hanging problems as i experience those before. I tell you this the problem is not the handset but the lower class memory card. Before i used the 8gmemori card of my 5800 which is only class 2. Believed me people my phone' behavior was terrible it hangs lot. I was traumatic for a couple of until i decided to pull out the memory card. After that my phone behaves properly and now i am enjoying my phone with a 8g class 4 memory card

GUI not the best but a real improvement over S60v5, great bargain for great mobile....just waiting for time give more apps and support to this new OS. Meanwhile waiting for meego to run on it.

A video player update is now available,Much awaited subtitles are on, it currently support srt ans sub. get it from sw updates guys. Aan app update 5 days ago, video update now, not to mention PR 1.1 is on the way Nokia are really delivering the promise with back to back updates.

Well well well. What have we here? Agitated, are we? Personally I think the N8 is the greatest and I love mine a lot. But that does not give me the right to bash those whose experiences have been less pleasant. Sure, there are trolls. But one would get the impression that anyome who dares to come here with a complaint is guilty of blasphemy. And whats with this "N8 is god" stuf? Carefull, people! Let us behave in a manner worthy on N8 owners. If we are confident that N8 is the best phone ever made then avoid being dragged into the gutter. And to all who spread wrong info about this phone and need a better purpose in life, you wont get it here so kindly excuse us. Id like to think N8 owners are of a certain class, people who can see through the bias and appreciate quality. Lets maintain that dignity, people. And while Nokia is number one, constructive criticism can only make them better. So if you have the N8- enjoy it. If you dont- get it. If you for whatever reason hate it, I respect your right to, so have a nice life and leave us be.

inferior to iOs4 and
Android Os not much apps n games avaliable in ovi)
*Aluminium body(prone
to minor scratches)
*5 Colours to choose
*Much more responsive

*Battery life = Moderate
*Processor = Slow,others already using 1ghz(cant even compare with Iphone)
*Output stereo by Headphone = bit too soft
*USB to Go (not bad,can connect my flash drive too)
This is my experience for this model,i been post in here before after bought it brand new on the first day due to manufacture defects on its motherboard and keep restarts by itself for no reason as told by the nokia care ppl in singapore and sit in tre for entirely 2 whole weeks before it change the whole motherboard for me,nokia have to do throughly QC before letting them in the market or sooner or later more and more ppl will obviously turn to other brand..And of course their customer service have to improved too.
