If SE release a new camera phone with the same poor quality and glossy plastic like the new xperia arc, N8 will rule for a long, long time. SE just love the cheap materials with the cheap glossy and chrome plastic. I definetely lose my faith in SE. I really hope that SE find you way again.

Anonymous, 12 Jan 2011its quality is good but its quiet very quiet sometimes you will not be able to hear it ringing The speaker is perfectly loud enough. As previously stated though, due to it's location on the rear it can sound muffled if pressed against something soft, such as the inside of a pocket, but it has vibrating alert anyway.

Surely a dedicated camera would be better, as they have much bigger lenses. I think 12Mp is more than enough for any mobile phone.

Anonymous, 12 Jan 2011heys howzz the sound of nokia n8 speaker is good better than n73,n95 8gb or just good and fine... moreits not actually that speaker is located at the back instead of side so when placed on some soft surface sound gets minimized other than that its very loud n clear
