The 3D accelerator is not necessary for the Ngage games, the Ngage games are not programmed to utilise the 3D accelerator chip so its not realy a must for gaming. The N81 has a brillint 369mhz Freescale CPU which has enough power to run high quality 3D games. I'd say get this baby, you will love it! :-)
hey ppz...i got a problem....i cannot browse...it says: packet data connection not available.....what must i do??
my last post was actually for anyone who knows the answer to my question and not just vikram, thankyou
im very close to buying this phone
BUT, the only thing stopping me is i have heard there is no 3D accelerator in it unlike the n95.
im not sure what a 3D accelerator is but it surely is a must for gaming
am i right?
I hv been using this phone for awhile..jst too cool..never slow, nevr hangs, everything works perfect..looks r killing..neat black..and loudest of all...confused bout buying it??..take my word and blindly buy it..it rules!!
My apologies, its a Friday lol im too tired to even realise that.
Nope you can't put 3D accelerator in it.
read my post carefully before you jump down my throat.
i was asking, CAN U put it on
i didnt say YOU CAN
In terms of Ngage the gaming is identical but there are some games on the way that need 3D graphics acceleration but otherwise apparently most 3D high quality games don't require the 3D acceleration.
What do you mean you can put a 3D Accelerator in N81??? Its not like a PC where you can just remove and place a 3D accelerator.
u say n95 is better for gaming than this cos of some 3d graphics. i have read both reviews and searched elsewhere on the net and havent come across this info anywhere. everything ive read suggests that gaming on both devices is identical, so are you sure in what your saying? plz reply
n95 8gb is better than n81 8gb in some things like 1-bigger screen 2-tv out 3-when you buy it you can watch spider man . and more things . if you want to buy a new phone buy n95 8gb.
Of course. Absolutely. Divx Player runs exceptionally well in any Symbian S60v3 device.
Document viewer? By that you mean opening PDF files? Yes you can. It has built-in Adobe Reader software. Plus, you can download other Symbian applications to do that for you.
lol @ jon... ya maybe dude... besides after reading all the problems the SE w910i has... i would choose the nokia anyway.. now. nokia E51 still working its powers on me :) lol
