I have the black one. If you want to go cheaper, you can go to th 3rd floor and look for "cellphones and gadgets" or was it "phones and gadgets" store for about P16,890.
No, no, no! I don't like Samsung and Sony Ericsson's design. SE's design is redundant. You can't tell which is the high-end and midrange. It also doesn't look professional. Nokia always have something new each time new batch of phones arrive. I love the design of Nokia. Minimalist yet elegant and trendy. Unlike SE's design, repetitive and looks very hip, too hip that only teenagers can relate to the design of their phones. Samsung's on the other hand is bland and boring.

subho, 28 Jun 2009my next phone will be se idouyes, might be my next also, even though i'm really not a fan of SE and it has a TFT screen, but we'll see. Maybe Nokia comes out with a surprise after all:) Regards!

Not all phones are going touchscreens in my opinion. Touchscreens are fragile. Same with screen size. Still there will be future phones with smaller screens. Maybe for the rich ones, who can afford a luxurious phone with little features added than the current ones. But not for me. Maybe after 5 more years. regards...
It's not important which produces better image results. As long as N82 takes not just satisfying but also great pictures both as softcopy or in prints, that's all that matters.
N82 is already phased out here in the Philippines. You won't find it in most of the stores here although the demand for this phone is still very high. I know a lot of people who are still looking for this mobile.
The screen and battery of N82 have never been a disadvantage to me. I think that all phones with QVGA display regardless of the physical screen dimension are equal on that front. I'm satisfied with the battery life of my N82. It lasts up to 3 days for me if I use it for phone functions only. It gets me through a day of heavy use.

Besides, touchscreens are getting better and better and sooner or later everyone will have one. Development goes on and even if no new feature will be added (which i doubt) you can always live with a bigger screen and a better battery which are 2 main disadvantages of N82. And since Nokia is kinda sleeping i'm looking to other two Symbian device makers (Se & Samsung) and will choose my next phone from them probably. That was basically my dilemma and maybe someone has been thinking about that also! Regards!

thanks a lot.from Naga
As of this time, I don't have anything to ask more of N82. Newer phones? What big features would it present ahead of N82?
I don't need an 8-MP camera phone. WLAN is still okay even there's 802.11n around. AGPS might still be the same on newer phones. Xenon has been the norm in digicams. Dual processor and graphics accelerator are noteworthy features.
N82 rocks. Future proof in my opinion.
N82 black is the best phone i have experienced till now. It has everything. Camera is super, sound quality is far good from walkman phones. Great master piece by Nokia. Highly recommended by me.

My contract expires in one year and i probably won't buy a mobile without xenon. So the only logical choice is SE Satio. Pixon 12 is great but since it's not a smartphone that's out of the question. N97 will also probably not be good enough and it's waay to expensive. What do you guys think?
everyone having problems with battery life, check if u have the latest firmware, because it increasses battery life. Mine was bought 2nd hand and it lasts more than 2 days. I remember when the phone came out, my friend couldn't get it through 12hours with moderate use. Now it's more than 2 days. It's not great, but it's enough i guess! Regards!
the N82 is the best nokia dives i have had. the option of it is really so so good. the only problem i have wi it is the battery life :( but at all the dives is perfect
reason why xenon is removed becoz xenon consumes lots of battery as compared to dual led.anyway yesterday i had a look at n86.the phone looks really bad and the slider is loose took some photo with it without flash and also the same photo with n82 then transferred the photo from n86 to my phone after seeing the photo n86 beat n82.
