@hard candy hates this phone so much because he/she cant afford to buy one.
and he/she thinks his/her opinion are better than our opinion, the real owners of nokia n82.
nonetheles he/she comes in this page often to destroy the well stablish n82.
well he/she needs to argue with the experts in the mobile world who gave this phone positive feebacks including TIPA and Stuff.tv and gave it a stellar recognition it deserve.
haters just d.i.e in envy
cheers to the black knight.

not all 6233's are the same as your 6233...
fyi...6233's speaker does n... morenope, there's nothing wrong with my nokia 6233. and it goes out to other 6233 as well. there's this irritating static like a broken speaker or something when it's on the max volume. i guess you're ears are not too keen when it comes to music that's why it's still good enough for you. but for me, good enough isn't good enough.
anyway, about the backlight thingy, some people here thinks im against the strong backlight. my point here is that the light may be dimmer than normal but, it's can't be seen. and i guess we're just used to the more vivid and brighter screen that you would expect from nokia.
tz, 03 Nov 2008I like everything on the phone except for the keypad...Is the keypad really that hard to usE? ... morei suggest that u try the keypad for yourself as u cannot rely everything on n82 users' opinions as these people are so arrogant and bias towards n82. they will always say that this phone is the best in this and that even if its not really good on that department. like the post below which says that n82's keypad is the best keypad he's ever used! oh my gosh! just a little reminder: this phone is only good in low light photography. in normal lighting, n95 is still better. n95 also has so much better keypad. n81 has better music and gaming experience. n96 and n95 8gb have better content viewing and media playback.
I like everything on the phone except for the keypad...Is the keypad really that hard to usE? for those who's having tis phone can be gimme some opinionS?
i never liked this phone since it was announced. the small screen, poor speaker, awful design and weird keypad are major turnoffs for me! i always vote 1 for this phone! if there was 0, then i would've voted 0. here in gsmarena, i vote a triple 10 for phones that i like, and triple 1 for phones that i don't like.
Anonymous, 02 Nov 2008wow n82 fell from number 1 to number 3 in the rankings! i guess it's because of haters... the ... moreyou dont have to worry dude, this phone have already made history in gsmarena being the longest number 1 phone in the chart. a huge shoe to fill for new and upcoming phones.
it has proven its strength through timec",
wow n82 fell from number 1 to number 3 in the rankings! i guess it's because of haters... the phone cannot be that bad, it's in many aspects better than n95 and xperia.
hey i got n82 six months ago,
Recently when i am trying to install any java application, my phone shows 'unable to install'
& already downloaded java app. Can't open. Tell me why? Thank u.
iolo003, 02 Nov 2008your 200% wrong dude
Nokia N82 is not just a camera phone its a lifestyle.
I can do everyt... moreYeah but would N82 look good in any of those places?
N82 looks like a business man's tool!
I ve got one question 4 you guys.Is this phone sounds in loudspeakers louder than N95?or loude as n73?cause i am v interested in its loudness in its speakers
I totally agree with you chris.. your ideas are spot on. I'm not talking about the ratings but how you said it was just the way I thought about it...
well, here's the final bout for me..
Given that N82 has the best xenon flash ever in a cellphone combined with reasonably very very good quality optics.
I'd rather choose it rather than any other phone, say even, the samsung INNOV8.
I'm serious, at daytime of course The INNOV8 clearly wins. But hey, it's because of the extra 3 megapixels for larger amount of detail.
In my defense, not everybody necessarily needs it.
N82 is able to produce very very good quality pics at daytime. No one said it's bad, it's just that the innov8 is better.
And then the night time comes, N82 could simply overrun every other phone in its way. At day time it doesn't make any really significant difference of photos compared to other phones even with higher pixel count. But at night time there is. The INNOv8 can take considerably good photos at night(if your considerate). The K850 can stand a bit because of it's xenon flash but even so, it fails miserably with other phones when compared to n82.
I'll show you a logical rating of my own and let's see if others come to agree.
day time: 98%
night time: 60%
day time: 85%
night time: 90%
day time: 95%
night time: 98%
For me, n82 has the most balanced quality between night and day.
I's rather choose it.
n95 is still better than n82. Wouldn't swap my n95 for n82. My n95 has large bright screen, very loud speakers, music keys and very much better keypad and looks than n82.
Hideki komiyama, 02 Nov 2008What i like about sony ericsson is that it doesn't want to prove anything... it's more like a ... morei'll stand with my opinion
nokia sports tracker, wellness diary, nokia step counter, n-gage, nokia vine, ovi are more suited to be called lifestyle
Anonymous, 02 Nov 2008no words from nokia centre in indo. non also from nokia off web, released date? where region? web?yeah i forgot, the firmware update was regionalize, more of country by country.. it was release first in euro1 code then more regions were added later on
