even you put black cover in this phone it is still the same with the silver cover that looks like a COKE can and SARDINE can
Can you use the navigation button to snap a picture when in camera mode??
Yippee its out in black !!! I held out in hope that a new version would come out...Hope its not a 8gb version and not overpriced
This is good news, black at last,,
Ive been considering samsung g810,,motoz10 s/e g900 but now this is in black im tempted more towards this..
I have n95 8gb but the screen is far to big for qvga resolution and have never liked the look of it since i bought it ????
The only initial concerns is the screen brightness "which i can find out at weekend" and if used fairly heavily will get me thru day..
I loved n73 but it was slow but never crashed and it was limited to 2gb card and cif 15fps video recording,,if its out in carfone will buy it their and then but doubt it will be in carfone till mid april,,if at all...
As with respect to buttons i loved the s/e w610i buttons as its dead easy to find the slit whereas a button almost joins the adjacent key..
Yippeee !!! I waited and held on for a black version,,hope its not 8gb version because i use card reader and having 8gb built in is hard work and 16gb cards are on the way
Had phone for a month and half and now the buttons 8, 0 and cancel doesnt work kmt!
go for nokia n95 8GB!!!
dont even think about buying the k850.
1)the camera is poor!
2)the video quality is a joke
3)this phone has wifi, that will save you £££'s!
4)this phone has a GPS receiver
5)this phone uses a normal 3.5mm headphone jack which is really convenient!!
6)this phone runs on symbian which is fabulous. you can download so many applications for it.
8)flash lite is coming onto the n82. (that means you can watch flash videos on the internet)
the k850 is nothing special, it doesnt do anything a phone 4 years ago couldnt do.
the black N82 is official now. visit http://www.nokia.com/press/n82
im really getting a hard decision on what handset to buy.. been comparing n82 to sek850i for the past few days via web.
both have strong points and weak ones..
but of course reading specs and seeing photos are very much diff if you felt it in your hands. if only i could try each phone for a day or so and from there i would decide which one to buy and what to throw away. lolz.
can you help me with these?
has anyone of you have used these handsets?
what are the best and worst things about n82 and sek850i based on your experience and usage?
pls mail me or post it here.. thanks!!!
pls answer me....does this phone also hangs or lags juz' lyk d other N-series???coz someone had told me that n series phones hangs..i hope this n82 is different from them......
n82 ploblem is the speaker not louder , when oncall , other people cant hear what u say if u use louder speaker to talk . maybe becos microfon and speaker too near... 1 more thing , if use usb cable to connect pc for online , u must restart phone b4 do it... if not u can connect it , but the line is super slow... other of this n82 is pretty super good... i can swear it..
i do not want to start off any false rumours but in feb stuff mag it says its due out in white in next couple of months.I am wanting new fone but still hanging on,like samsung g810,moto z10,se g900 but really want g810 orn82 for vga vid record+tv out...Am going to start reading thru n82 forum to see ups & downs of this fone & to get up to date with craic
well said! i hate people moaning about stupid things!
or people who say, "the slider on the n95 is a bit loose, NOKIA SUCK SE RULE"
well clearly se suck because they dont actually do anything apart frmo take crap pictures and run java games.
annnywaaay yeah gerrard ur right.
This phone is great! I know some of you still love the N95 but i just hate its sliding mechanism because it easily gets LOSE. The N82 is a fast phone, has good camera flash, easy to install applications, has 2GB memory card.
Excellent camera (I actually traded up from a 2 month old SE T650 to the N82 just because of the camera)....BUT my biggest issue is with the keyboard. The tiny numbers and letters combined with the super-reflective chromed keyboard surround makes it just about impossible to use in daylight. Who ever at Nokia specified these digits and material has never used a mobile for texting in his (or her) life. Bad..Bad..BAD.
