Nokia N85 - user opinions and reviews

Why i got this N85 phone is because of the 2.6 OLED screen, 3G all zone coverage, 1200 mAh battery, and its a Nokia.

OLED screen last only 5 years or so, then the colors fade but who will keep a phones for that long without changing anyways.

Correction, its a 2.6 OLED screen not 2.8...... I love the high quality colors on the screen too. :)

2.8 OLED screen is great to look at pictures. The colors looks so good on it, i just cant believe how good pictures look on this screen better then my 3.0 inch screen digital camera. I love showing off the pics taken on my huge OLED screen. Cheers to all that own the N85 !!!

I love this phone for less then 100 more N85 is much better then the old older N82. The pictures looks way better on a 2.6 OLED screen vs 2.4 on the older N82 model. Why would someone get an older N82 over the N85, everyone that i know would get N85 over N82. Yes N82 is a good quality phone that takes good pics but its old and No way is it better then N85 or get the same attention period.

Hey guys m from Goa , india and Wow ! this phone looks good. i admit i ignored the tv commercials but when i read the review and the specs, i was thundered... m gonna sell my N70 ME and get myself this one....:-)

i hate nokia,hate the n seires,well i like the music seires...but i luv this this:its not slow as n96 and its not ugly as the n95its as good looking as the n96 and has good fetures as the n95 and an oled display!I LOVE THIS

y is there only one colour..im thinking of buying N85..but i dont really like copper..i wish the whole thing was black..just like N96..

x_stvn7, 23 Jan 2009can u pls stop promoting ur oldie n82? is it better than n85? i don think so... it is an old h... moreI'm not promoting my n82, i'm just being honest. Really n82 beats n85. N82 beats n95 then and n85 is just a copy of n95. It only has the fp2, oled and fm transmitter. Everything else is copied from n82 and the design was copied from n95. Surely it is old but still it surpasses n85. And most of the comments here are negative.

I used to use N82... Now I am using 85. But in 82 there are many applications which does not exist in 85 such as Barcode reader, health application, blox application... etc

I don't see the point in upgrading from N82 to N85. There's nothing much added to N85. The only advantage N85 has is the OLED screen and FM transmitter. And the rest is all copied from N82. N82 even has a so much better camera and a dual processor. N82's form factor is solid while N85 is made of cheap plastic. And I've seen from pictures that N85's casing is also cheaply glued to the phone. That's awful. N82, price and quality ratio, is so much better and so much more worth it than N85.
