Nokia N85 - user opinions and reviews

WOW I have read page after page of opinions, NOT one I read mentions that the N85 unlike any other Nokia phone is triple 3g band and u can do video conf in the US and Europe. BTW Who watches TV on their phone..I guess everyone wants something different from their phone.

Hi, for those of you have a N85, does your speakers have a noise if you put it up over 70%? or there is a problem with my speakers? My SE G900 has a clear and crisps sound even I turn it all the way up!
please help.

Hey ppl does Nokia N85 have a Tv out???Also one thing is Nokia n82 does not have Edge technology...If you need Edge you can go for N85.N85 has a long battery than n82 and n95 8gb...So if battery and larger screen is the preference N85 stands tall...

They have the same hardware so if N85 was made... moreno n85 is vay beter than n79,it has a large screen and its oled ,looks more attractive and very unic..but n79 doest make an attractive look,its key pad just sucks..i dont think n79 is a good solution for people who wants to b some what unic from other people..soo people if u want to go UNIC go for n85..dats where u can show your real status..its just like a multiple device,u can listen to music,watch movies,play games,brows the internet,make normal calls,make 3g calls,e-mail,mms,sms,wifi,camera,video divice,and good battery life..so i think n85 is a ideal fone to b unic again..

They have the same hardware so if N85 was made in finland it'd still sound awful in speakers because of its poor speaker hardware. You know what? N79 is a lot better than N85 - build quality, form factor, performance, and most importantly, price. - N79 is even more worth it than N95 8Gb and N96! Tell me what can N95 8GB, N85 & N96 do that N79 cannot do? Nothing! Be wise. More expensive doesn't always mean better. Sometimes the less expensive phones are even much better than the expensive ones.

hey ive been usin nseries for quite a while now and ive had the following
n73,n93,n95,n95 8gb,n82,n81 8gb,n80 and n85
ill tell u this the n85 is the best ive used since and is wht im usin rite now..
but still the xpress music 5800 is alot better my bro has one and u get sum good stuff in the box + its cheaper but n85 is good 2

Nokias done alot wrong getting the N85 made in China an not Finland an you can tell the Quality of the N85 does not match the N95 8gb at all,speakers rubbish an camera below par,you are suppose to show improvements releasing your next mobile but Nokias not shown no improvements at all on the N85

the sound from the loud speakers is just a crap ....my n95 has 100 times better sound through the speakers and the navigation key down is just impossible to use without pressing the center button ..afterall a bad experience

iam n85 user but i havent find any new thing except its bright display even poor n78 is providing fm transmitter.i am gonna sell this phone soon

few problems, takes more than 3 hours to charge
hangs during music playing often & in the themes effects on also sometimes hangs
battery drains out even in no usage in under 2 days
sound is very low
the music equalizer when all at full doesnt make any difference in loudness
definately needs a new firmware n the phone will be perfect then, because the phone is very good
the firmware needs updated
solving hanging problem, louder sound, better battery & also improving the naviwheel & autorotate
and also the themes are pathetic & ringtones

Buy N95 8GB INSTEAD of N85. After booting there's nearly 90Mb of RAM. And there's on lags when loading pixs. I'm not telling that N85 is a poor phone. It's ok 4 me but have to wait till those bugs r fixed.
