Nokia N85 - user opinions and reviews

I have a N85 and why the hell do animated gif lag on the phone? And I have about 300 photos in the photo viewer and it takes really long time for the N85 to load the pictures, why is that? It feels sooo slow when dealing with many photos.

I posted a comment lately and i said the phone is really awsome and really the OLED screen is unbelievable it's amazing and every1 have 2 c it !! however the navi wheel is sucks and i think it's not a big problem but the graphics of the new interface is great u'll love it and this phone really beats the monster (N95 8GB) !
I really recommend the N85 it's well made and it's the best phone on market !

Solmaz, 17 Dec 2008but i've heared N96 battery longevity is too short in comparison to other cell phones!!Look the N96 battery life is really sucks the N 85 is better somehow but if u kept opening the GPS navigation and the fm transmitter for the whole day the battery runs out after 15 hours and in my openiion that's not bad :D

Pjj, 20 Dec 2008hey i'm confused between nokia n79 & nokia n85. I do need a better navi wheel performance & ex... morethe only real good nokia cameras are the cameras which have mechanical shutter which are n73 , 6500 slide , n95 & n95 8gb , n82 which is the best
i have nokia n85 but i hate it ... useless camera and very ugly speakers sound

To make the phone sound louder, set the 5 graphic equaliser bars to full, you will have louder sound through the external speakers then.

Hey guys i am a newbie to Nokia! I had a sony ericsson and well thats past tense!! so now i am upgrading from the SE K850i to either the Nokia N82 or the N85 and i am seeing reviews here that still have me 50/50 and i am uncertain what to buy! Please help me decide!! i love the fact the N85 has and FM transmitter but is it any good or as someone said its a gimmick?? Should i just go with the N82?? The form factor in the N85 is really nice but i dont think it matters to me! so please help me what should i choose??

i bought an n85 and it is really good, better than the n95 8gb. its really good.....

I bought the N85 and I really like it! But one thing that bothers me is that gif pictures do not run fluently. They lag and just work bad on this device. I wonder why?
I have tried animated gif pictures on both the E51 and 5700 and there they work good.

Is Nokia N85 has a proper navi wheel. Is nokia has a good quality of camera. Should i purchase nokia N82 instead of nokia n85 but i do need a good camera as well as navi wheel. What should i buy

i bought n85 few days back, i am not able to play the in build Video and Audio songs which came with the phone,They are locked,
i called Nokia Support, they told its a BUG, can any one help me to resolve this problem
