good eve... n86 users can you please tell me any problems on this phone? mechanical i mean or other probs that covers the warranty thanks mate... ^^
GPS is a great disappointment, don't know if it is a hardware problem or firmware... other sites as of a week ago confirmed many N86 users all over the world (after upgrading the firmware) are having slow connection and does not engage consistently, it breaks off and loses connnection, don't know how can the nagigation software going to guide the direction if the GPS connection keeps trying to establish a connection.
Anyone have any insight or updates to this major lag in the GPS feature? Other than that, it is a great phone for still photos and video images not too shabby for basic/simple movie clips whilst on vacation.
It is our first GPS phone and we long-time Nokia users and now I fear I have to re-consider my position when looking for new mobile with GPS function.
Thank you with regards, tango

Anonymous, 18 Sep 2009Things I am disappointed is the low res display for its price and bad sunlight legibility even... moreI had n85 and know about the oled screen in bright light,,goodness their is always a snag..
Whilst spending a few more hours researching today ive added n79 to my list of next fones..To be honest all things still point back to the n958gb as the benchmark for all things symbian..Whilst on my travels ive noticed the video record term D1 mentioned an if you think about it its only 80 pixels more in the landscape direction which is hardly visually mind blowing is it..I do seem stuck and only the e72 as last chance attempt at something good but e52 slaughters it really except for cam which is bad at macro but produces spectacular shots (as long as its about a meter away tho)..Strange as adding a little switch like gx30 or moto v3x would solve the close up shots prob and allow fotographing buisness cards and barcodes..
So any one else any thoughts cause i am staying with nokia and symbian and only real option is n86 but when is white going to be available and at what cost..
i have this phone for3week
its camera is excellent it take excellent photoes in night and day
sounds quality is very good
and cpu of this is excellent
speed of this is high
and battery is very strong
*n86 8mg is best phone you can soure*
Things I am disappointed is the low res display for its price and bad sunlight legibility even in max brightness. hope other things such as slow transition effects, changing to right orientation, less awkward slowdowns are solved in future updates.
Should have read gorgeous,,anyhow if you look at related videos on right hand side there more and very good reviews i might add..
Anyone wanting to drool this is link to show the white version,,hell fire its gogeous,
