Anonymous, 06 Apr 2009led flash design for toy cameradear gentleman,
are u kidding.led flash is cool indeed i think u got it all wrong.so thank u for justifying ur mistake.
Anonymous, 06 Apr 2009led flash design for toy cameralisten....at some cars, the xenon light is weaker than the halogen:opel vectra "c" for example had the worst xenon light.renault have the best halogen light, even if the technology is older, but the phisical structure of the mirror help the beam of light to go very far and stronger than xenon of opel. my dual leds from nokia n85 make more light than xenon of viewty!!! anyone can make this test in a dark room,i don't lie. so,i don't care wich technology is used,as long it makes more light,is more efficient. understood???? the dual led is excellent and enaugh for a mobile. and more, over all,the dual led is very efficient like light torch for movie recording mode. the xenon can't do that anymore. i prefer to have a good light in the dark when i shoot a movie. n85 is the best mobile now,and i love n86!!!
Anonymous, 06 Apr 2009why is so important this xenon flash??? how many pictures have you take in the dark??? the dua... moreall digicam company used xenon flash, like canon, sony, kodak, samsung, nikon, olympus, casio,lg,panasonic, benq, fuji, and others coz led flash is a joke, only nokia used led flash on their camera
N86 loverz, 05 Apr 2009Well, maybe the era of xenon flash has been ended? Cheer for the 3rd generations dual-led flas... moremaybe but the Xenon flash will remain the best flash created for mobile photography.. its just that Nokia resorted into bringing the most well rounded flash at a cheaper price.
why is so important this xenon flash??? how many pictures have you take in the dark??? the dual led of n85 is brighter than the xenon of lg viewty, for example. i've tested this by myself. the dual led is incredible strong on n85,and so will be on n86. when you take photos in the dark,at a party,or in a club, with people within 3-4 meters, the dual led is very efficient and don't "burn" the faces like xenon do. so why are we talking so much about this flash. think about daylight photos, they are more important
N82 is the last high-profile Nokia device that ever had Xenon flash. There will be no more Nokia phone that will come with a Xenon flash. Production of Xenon flash is very costly. That's why Nokia resort to the cheaper dual LED flash instead. I've read it from womworld.com/nokia.
iolo003, 05 Apr 2009yeah, it seems like, base on the early photos posted in the web. c", good stuff!! Well, maybe the era of xenon flash has been ended? Cheer for the 3rd generations dual-led flas :)... I'm so in love with N86, Nokia please release N86 sooner, maybe in May? So love with N86
This phone is good. This phone has first nokia 8mp camera. I think this phone is gorgeous and fantastica. So i have dicided to buy this phone coming soon. Nokia is good phone maker that's all.
josh, 05 Apr 2009The 3rd generation flash is bright anough for nightime potography.yeah, it seems like, base on the early photos posted in the web. c", good stuff!!
N85: 103 x 50 x 16 mm, 76 cc
N86: 103.4 x 51.4 x 16.5 mm, 69 cc
are u sure N86 volume is 69cc?
i'm a big fan of xenon that's why i have N82 but it has also limitations like not being able to use it in video at night or as simple as torch.
as of the moment let us not judge this 3rd generation LED flash, maybe it can give bright result in night images, not as good as xenon maybe but then video capture at night will be covered so it will be like getting two things in one.
tusher, 05 Apr 2009well done dude!!thankyou! there was so much hype that about dual leds being so weak and people saying that the phone is no good because there is no xenon flash "well well well" I have just proved that they are wrong!
its funny how the phone is called the nokia n86 8mp, but in some pictures of this phone it says nokia n85 8mp
its funny how the phone is called the nokia n86 8mp, but some of the pictures say "n85 8mp"
