They will help u for sure..my n9 is fully functional again, everything works with or without the simcard, I didn't do anything new, for two weeks I just use my n9 without simcard only for internet browsing, music and videos, and then I thought of dialing 112 to check if it will still turned off but it did not, so I tried to insert my simcard again surprisingly it continue to work perfectly until now, I don't have explanation for this miracle, I'm clueless, it's weird, so my suggestion to all n9 users who experienced this problem of their n9 shutting down when simcard is inserted..... don't immediately bring your n9 to service center, observe it for a while, be patient and hope everything will be the same again just like what happened on my sexy mobile.

Gibson Ngoksy chingo, 06 Nov 2015I have just bought Nokia N9 but i cant download anything ,it says format is wrong ,and it says... moreProbably a glitch, try restarting it (not hard reset). If it fails try hard reset (you said you already did it, but if there are any issues with the software, hard reset should fix it).
For software download you should go to this page https://openrepos.net/ and try to find what you need to download, you can download some apps and install it right away usually the ones that were verified and on Nokia store, for other ones you will need to enable installation from other non-Store sources (you are probably trying to do that), in order to allow it go to: SETTINGS ->APPLICATIONS -> INSTALLATIONS -> Allow installations from non-Store locations

prashant, 25 Oct 2015My suggestion of all nokia n9 user u install selfish os because it was devloped by nokia mego ... moreBad suggestion, N9 was made with MeeGo in mind, not some other os. Yes you can install Sailfish, Android, but it wont be as stable as MeeGo.
