I got my 64gb n9 along with Bluetooth nfc enabled headset Nokia bh-505 at price of 1750diram without warranty from uae.i didn't got pr1.3 update in India.i must say pairing bw both devices like awesome.so Ill suggest for new buyers try 2 buy bh-505 along with n9.its awesome music clarity. And finally no is superb device. *UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUuUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU* if u like Samsung galaxy s3..I want 2 say try buy that 1 only.but still n9 have all the featur s of s3
The comparison stud be made like this way.beautiful n9.best display both size of display s3 dual boot n9 cost n9 applications s3(if u made dual boot android n9 also but still s3,n9 has almost all applications whichever required)free GPS n9 USB on the go s3 touch n9 is same as s3 best I n9 speed almost same battery both good nfc both good Bluetooth s3 memory n9(thee is no 64 GB of s3 in Some region so memory is no matter both good)micropsia both camera s3 video s3 so equally both are good.for me n9 is better than s3.

Bangladesh has it for a long time... come one Nokia, if you launch it i will be the 1st one to purchase it

Today I heard something unusual about N9.. Its a good news for N9 fans i... moreits almost confirmed that N99 will be launching in India soon... you can find the software update in Navifirm for India both PR 1.2 & PR1.3.. which means it will be coming to India.. though date is not yet confirmed but one of my friend working in Nokia told that it will be released on this Diwali which is in November.
I m so happy finally the master piece coming to India to fulfill the dreams of Indians.. hey I m posting it from my N9 :D

I have the latest Nokia PC suite downloaded and still it does not work.
As far as the bluetooth connection to car kits is concerned, I have an official answer from the nokia careline they told me to but a car kit that costs around $100 in Saudi Arabia. here is a section of the reply from Nokia care acknowledging the problem.

I have tried connecting a sumsung galaxy s3, a nokia E55 and they connect effortlessly to my car kit (Toyota Aurion 2010 OEM Device). I would really appreciate it if you can guide me in this matter. Maybe there is a software update that isnt available in the middleeast.
I am a big Fan of nokia but I am disappointed in the company on the Nokia n9 launch. Quite frankly it was a major goof up. Nokia was a leader in mobile phones and rolling out one success store after the other but somewhere along the way they lost the game.

I can connect my n9 to my carkit.
new nokia suit beta supports contact messages and calender backup
it has ported version of whatsapp(wazapp). Although no Skype vdo calls but can do gtalk vdo calls
can do video recording and snaping with front cam with app (paid) available on ovi store. Also there are more than 2000 apps for MeeGo platform. I bet nobody will use so many apps on any individual cell.
i didn't face any wifi antenna issue, infact it has it has auto wifi connection mode when n9 comes in a wifi field.
I agree that this masterpiece is neglected by nokia, but i feel its almost perfect in all sense
well, this is my prtsonal opinion. Cheers..

you can backup wih nokia suite. you just havent downloaded the latest version
it works on my car kit and everry other carkit that uses blutooth with advanced audio distribution
it has thousands of app. theres aop getting released every week.
ovi store is not a joke. it has more downloads per day than apples appstore.

Pros:-
A nicely designed phone with some smart features.
Size,Design of the device and user friendliness of the OS is exceptional.
The Cons:-
1-Does not connect to industry standard bluetooth Car kits (You need to buy an additional car kit)
2- Cannot backup contacts, messages and calander to PC. N9 has compatibility issues with Nokia PC Suite while Nokia Link only copies videos, music and pictures ONLY!!
3- Very Few apps (no whatsapp, No Video calling on Skype and the list is endless)
4- Front camera does not work with most video programs.
5- The OVI store is a joke especially when it come to application.
6 - Performance of the WIFI antenna is poor as compared to other blackberry and samsung devices.
In short, the N9 is an exceptionally well designed phone.but lacks even the basic classic features of most nokia models. On the otherhand, the development efforts seem to be moving at a snails pace and I doubt they will ever see day light. I can easily forsee Nokia adopting the Microsoft platform.
