Guyz, i think this is the best phone from Nokia. Gaming system is totally awesome. Graphic & music quality are cool too !
So, i think it's better idea to buy N9 than Lumia .....

AnonD-52455, 28 Apr 2012how ti update nokia n9 plz tell meSimplest way to update your N9 is over the air means direct from your cell. If your N9 is not restricted by your service provider then you must have received the push notification. Or you can check it out Go to settings >> Applications >> Manage applications and from the bottom of the page select the update icon and then refresh it. I prefer to update your N9 over the air because it requires less data. And your applications will not be removed.
Other option is using the Nokia software updater. Install is on your pc attach your N9 and follow the commands.
Don't forget to make a backup

now i am thinking that the nokia n9 become 93% popularity because the nitdroid. am i right?
if the version will become stable ( beta version is enough) i think n9 will become popukar again.

The best and up to date website is my-meego.com. I've set up RSS feeds for that website. So, if any new app appears I'm being notified on my N9.

Here I'm going to share a useful trick. As we know there is no app available to hide data from gallery. So, here is a trick which can work.
Go to your file manager like"Filebox". In MyDocs crest a new folder but the name of the folder must start with a "dot" like ".personal" ".private" etc. This folder will be visible just I'm case if you have enabled the show hidden files from settings. Now whatever data you want to hide move it to this folder. Remember move it not copy it. When data is moved successfully close the file manager and go to gallery and Voila your data will not be showing in gallery.

I am here to mention that I am not an expert or a developer. I am just an old user of N9. Using it since 24th of October 2011. And I am connected to community and with some developers personally. Thats why I know that much about N9. Mostly what I share here is my own experience. Forgive me if sometime I will be unable to solve your problem or answer your queries

As I have posted in my earlier post that N9 and the MeeGo OS are made for each other. MeeGo running on any other device like S2 or even iPhone will not give the same experience as N9 is giving us. And in the same way Android or IOS will not let us enjoy the N9 as we are enjoying it with MeeGo. N9 and MeeGo are made for each other. N9 is the body and MeeGo is the soul....
