B... morehi phoneaddict... it does play youtube videos but it does not support flash, which means when you go to like gsmarena site it won't load the flash supported icons/ videos you usually see playing...there's just an arrow icon there or some icon which tells you it will not be shown or sometimes just a blank space there... anyway, i suggest you weigh your options with your needs, if the flash support thing is really very important for you in a mobile device then try to look for other mobile device that is within your budget that has this specification... personally it took me months researching and going back and forth in different tech websites such as gsmarena, reading comments and reviews weighing my options before finally deciding to buy N9... and i don't regret it... honestly, im not into buying so many devices just for the sake of having them but i buy what i need... so i can only advice you to think it over and try to see yourself if you can be okay with the perks and shortcomings of the device you buy 6mos to a year from now... hehe... i hope i helped you in some small way and good luck with your decision making... take care. n9???...simply amazing..easy to navigate...it satisfies my needs...no need to compare to other units coz uniqueness was great..tnx nokia

Im 15, and i almost went for the S2 but the N9 design is just amazing.... So i went for it.... btw its doesnt shoot 1080P... because it isnt dual core... btw.... the n9 does come with its own jelly case..... :D

A telephone without flash is not complete.
I hate flash on the web, but today flash is necessary to get a good experience on a lot of websites.
I will tell you if i get a good navigator with flash to install.

My phone is faster than the others and it never hangs, i had installed a lot of aplications and the phone never crash.

This telephone has its own radio, but that is disabled from factory.
In order to get the radio, you only have to get the file fmrx_0.1.3_armel.deb (i recommend you from my-meego or n9fanclub) and install it.
If you don't know how to install a .deb file, try to do next steps:
-1) download the file and copy by usb to the phone
0)get your phone connected to internet
1)turn on the developer mode on the phone(config icon/Security/Developer mode -> turn on and wait for download)
2)in the aplications, go to the Terminal icon
3)devel-su (you will be superuser)
4)password:rootme
5)go to the directory /home/user/MyDocs/
6) execute: dpkg -i fmrx_0.1.3_armel.deb
7) wait and then search for the new icon on aplications

AnonD-37171, 07 Jan 2012internet radio is the future, that's why nokia removed the radio don't be worry for radio,cause most of the high end phones(samsung or lg)have no radio. this is a very simple apps now also come with basic phones.

I Recieved a Nokia n9 And after charging it i was just getting the hang of the settings and the screen malfunctioned and would not responed, i couldn't even turn it off. so after the battery went dead it still would not turn on. Many hours later the screen turned on by itself and has been fine ever since... this happen to any other buyers??

I've seen this phone on display here. The sales girl said it doesn't plays flash. But i forgot to ask her whether she meant FLASH LIGHT or FLASH VIDOES.
I will be buying this phone but will wait for your comment for the flash thing.
Can you go to youtube in the browser and see whether it plays youtube vidoes. And need you to go to www.cmt.com and click/play and vidoes in the web.
If the video plays, this will be my next phone. I don't like the micro sim card though.
