Harmattan (MeeGo N9) is real linux OS not a virtual machi... moreIf Maemo and MeeGo really was as "good" as you blind Nokia fans think it is, then every manufacturer, Samsung HTC LG..., would use Maemo/MeeGo not Android, but even Nokia do not think MeeGo is good enough becasue they now use the very bad WP7 that is even worse than Symbian!
Google will continue develop Android to be even better than it alreay is today, and it already today have far better real multitasking than N9!

I have used a lot of android phones. and i have also used nokia n900 maemo. but the truth is android is always buggy from the beginning. first maemo and now meego has a very stylish and user friendly gui. and i bet android will never get out of FC (forced Closes).

Harmattan (MeeGo N9) is real linux OS not a virtual machine like android! So it does not need very powerful hardware to run smooth! Android will not keep up with Harmattan with same specs! It simply CAN NOT! (not to mention that developers can build apps that can run both on MeeGO and Linux distributions for PCs)

th3d, 30 Dec 2011No it does not support flash, welcome to the past, N9 and Lumia are the new retro phones. Noki... moreIt does support flash but not in the browser. I play flv videos on my N9, downloaded from youtube on my PC and transferred to N9! Anyway, there is a Youtube client on the phone, so you can see youtube videos!

in the same way android is having much more apps than meego(but meego can also use using emulator).
but ui wise meego is far better than android.
also android is as good as meego.
For 'me' meego is better than android.

Anonymous, 30 Dec 2011Does this support Flash?No it does not support flash, welcome to the past, N9 and Lumia are the new retro phones. Nokia N900 is still by far the best, has everything and can do everything. Old and slow but not too bad still, at least it CAN where N9 and Lumia cannot.

It is a good communication machine- smart for e-mails, music and video. wide screen and... however, i receive too many calls so my battery runs out in less than the stipulated time.

meego is such a powerful os ever....its more than 100 times better than android...u cant imagine how much powerful and stable os it is unless u use it...so just try it n discover its power.....
