[deleted post]its not about finger size, its about accuracy. you can have the biggest fingers in the world and still type comfortably on ip4. If your thumb covers 9 letters on the keyboard at the same time its up to the keyboard software to determine where you intended to press, and that is the key in the center of the area the touch was registered.
and then its up to the user to spend 3-4 minuts to find out how he can minimize mis-pressing keys.
small fingers is not an advantage for typing onscreeen ON A GOOD FONE, only thing is that small fingers tend to not cover the view to the keyboard as much as big fingers but it takes only a few days to know where all the keys are located on the keyboard and then you dont need to see them so well anyway.
When i had Nokia 5800 i thought my problems with typing was the small display (3.2 inch), but rather it was the resistive technology and the poor software the keyboard used that was the real problem. On a resistive touchphone with small display small finges may be an advantage.
I m totally frustrated after using that phone, the touch isn't working properly, games r not good ( frequent hang ), display isn't good, .the biggest limitation have found is that for the user better user experience there is no shortcut provision for the frequent user interface like keypad, message, etc . I don't know what Nokia is doing.they r loosing their share everyday!

.04" is a substantial difference...
celcom people, 29 Nov 2011okay..thnks dude! nevermind i guess..i already gonna get it on this few days coming!!! yehaa~actually whatsapp might still be possible.
Also there's equally good alternatives.
LiveProfile, eBuddy EMC, & Kik messenger to name some.
I know for sure that the 1st two work like whatsapp.
They also have large communities, as they run on multiple OS's.
To suggest there's zilch apps is plain wrong.
If you know all the good places to look, you'll find enough to keep you occupied.
Plus the built-in functionality is 2nd-to-none.
mairaj, 29 Nov 2011repending after buying cannot increase fonts (fonts size very small), cannot even compare to i... moredo some research at talk.maemo.org, forum.meego.com or nokia forums.
It's possible to rectify that....
angel, 29 Nov 2011 the ringing volume is very low...the rest is super!there's a way to fix that, search talk.maemo.org.
I just had n9 recently , I have a problem with reading messages the screen is big but messages always received with very small fonts , is there anyway to enlarge the font so i can easily read them ? thanks
After having used the phone for a few weeks I must admit, it's the best what I ever had (all OS' except WM7). The UI is incredible beautiful, fast (very few lags)and intuitive. Sound, Navigation, camera, social network/ Skype integration are perfect. Browser could be faster, but good rendering. Problems with Wlan should be solved in PR1.1. All there and the best looking phone so far.
phoneaddict, 29 Nov 2011N9, I love the design sadly it's too small. It's just like holding the tiny IPHONE, you cant ... morebecause N9 and iPhone are designed to be simple, one handed use, and ergonomic
Think about the word 'mobile'
Just because screen can be manufactured bigger, doesn't mean that bigger is better. For few hundreds years, humans hands doesn't getting bigger.
Already got the black, PR 1.2. So far no crash, apps running fine, no catastrophic lag, everyone love it. Don't worry bout price. It wil come down soon. Apps actually doesn't matter much, what's important is how the OS flow, from lockscreen, to home scren, and apps. Don't believe the lie from others. This phone gonna be legendary legacy from Nokia
