Anonymous, 03 Jul 2011Got to agree with you there,,i am all ready set to get N9 on release..Its all about the o/s an... morei just sa wan opinion on the sgs2 that some guy wants to take off vibrations off the sms he recives. one guy suggests to dowlonad an app. on my n8 i would go to settings and take away the vibration off sms, maybe put a led notification.
apps are overrated. i only have games on my n8 and theyre HD gameloft ones

Anonymous, 03 Jul 2011I already have the cash ready to buy N9even if I have to import. Got to agree with you there,,i am all ready set to get N9 on release..Its all about the o/s and even tho apps will be low at start plenty will arrive as they can be ported from symbian quickly with QT code ..
Most Nokias have a healthy set of apps right out the box and only need a few add ons.All this 1 billion apps makes me laugh,who trys them all? who has more than 10 real apps on their smartfone..
Ringtones,themes,wallpapers and games were on Nokias in 1999 their-about and do not count as apps to us Geeks.

Nokia is on path of dying. If you dont wake up now u are dead in few months. Go for Andriod and make phones like galaxy s series u will be hit.

A really nice phone from nokia. Though i believe a dual core onboard would have further increased its popularity. I fail to understand why does nokia chose windwos as its major os when they already had such a mature os in hand.
would be loving progress in meego and more handsets from nokia running on meego os.
nokia would be able to establish a greater market if they had selected meego as their primary os.

waitingggggggggggggg, 03 Jul 2011Don't u think Nokia is tacking too much time to lunch Nokia N9...........As I know the N9 will be available at the end of the year!!! :( They are too late in these years. This is sad. I am not a Nokia fan, but I don't want them to die.

I want to ask y they didn't specify if its scratch hresistant gorrila glass display, or are all gorilla glass display scratch resistant. ANd please can this monster play divx/xvid. as it wasn't specified

saw that Meego wasn't ready.But
it's sad that he saw an
opportunity 4 M$,anyway WP7
will never be as good as
Meego.Now he want 2 trick
customers into buying that WP7

This is what Nokia should have concentrated on ..... great O.S .it wouldnt be a good idea to discontinue Meego . Rather they should atleast keep it as the 2nd O.S
